Each month, Areta runs a single fitness challenge with simple, transparent rules. You submit your progress throughout the month, such as distance, time or reps. Your best result counts as your score, and the leaderboard ranks participants accordingly. If there’s a tie, the earliest achievement wins. There are no feeds, photos, or distractions. The focus stays on performance and improvement.
