Grind Finer helps you get the best from your grind by turning your shot history into smart grinder suggestions. Log your shots, and the app learns your setup so you spend less time chasing the right setting and more time enjoying great coffee. How grinder predictions work Grind Finer uses your own shot data to suggest grinder settings. When you log shots with your beans, grinder, machine, and basket, the app learns what works for your equipment. When you start a new shot with the same setup, it predicts a grinder setting based on your past successful extractions. The prediction uses: Your equipment – Grinder, machine, and basket Your beans – Which coffee you’re using Your targets – Desired brew time and ratio (e.g. 1:2 espresso) The more shots you log, the better the suggestions. Using consistent names for your grinder, machine, and basket helps the app learn your setup and improve predictions over time. Features • Shot logging – Record beans, grinder setting, dose, yield, brew time, temperature, and tasting notes • Grinder setting predictions – Suggested settings based on your shot history • One-tap suggestions – Accept predicted values with a single tap while logging • Shot journal – Filter and review past shots • Equipment management – Manage beans, grinders, machines, and baskets in one place • Popular equipment presets – Quick setup for common machines and grinders Who it’s for Whether you use a Gaggia Classic, Rancilio Silvia, Niche Zero, DF64, or any other setup, Grind Finer adapts to your gear. Log your shots, use the predictions as a starting point, and refine from there.
