Follow your recipes. Know your beans. Understand your grind. RECIPES YOU CAN FOLLOW Build recipes with step-by-step pours, ratios, water temperature, and bloom time. When you're ready to brew, Varietal guides you through each step — so your 4:6 method, bloom-and-pulse, or signature recipe is always within reach. YOUR BEAN COLLECTION Log every bag you buy with roaster, origin, process method, tasting notes, and more. Whether you're at a café, a market, or browsing online, your full library is always in your pocket. MANAGE YOUR SETUP Keep track of your brewers, grinders, and recipes all in one place. Create custom recipes tailored to specific bean and equipment combinations — so when you find something that works, you can recreate it exactly. SMARTER GRIND RECOMMENDATIONS Varietal learns from your brew logs. Based on your past brews with similar beans and equipment, it can suggest a starting grind setting — less guesswork, more consistency.
