Taco is a focused task manager built around weekly planning and priorities — not endless lists. Instead of overwhelming you with everything at once, Taco helps you decide what matters this week with a simple P1/P2/P3 priority system. One task per priority level. That's it. Focus on what's important. Weekly Planning Plan your week with intention. Assign tasks to this week or next, set a weekly objective, and switch between Planning and Focus modes to see your work the way you need to. P1 / P2 / P3 Priorities Pick your top 3 tasks for the week. P1 is your current focus, P2 is up next, P3 is after that. When you finish P1, everything cascades up automatically. Projects Organize tasks into projects. Share projects with teammates and collaborate in real time. Set project schedules to show or hide projects based on the day and time.
