Kortex Contacts is a privacy-first address book organizer that helps you clean, standardize, and protect your contacts. KEY FEATURES • Merge duplicate contacts into a single, complete entry. • Standardize phone numbers into consistent local or international formats. • Identify unwanted or low-quality email entries. • Scan business cards with on-device text recognition. • Create local backups before making changes. Core cleanup, OCR, backups, and device contact reads and writes are performed locally after you grant Contacts permission. OPTIONAL PRO CRM SYNC If you choose to connect HubSpot, Kortex Contacts can standardize records from your authorized HubSpot workspace. Before each CRM update, the app identifies the selected fields, destination, and purpose and asks for your confirmation. Cancel sends nothing. CRM Sync does not upload your iOS address book.
