myFHC is the app for nurses and caregivers in Florida. Create your own account from the sign-in screen and start using it — no invitation and no approval needed. It is published by Florida Healthcare Collective, a private-duty nursing service. Clinicians who take assignments through us also use it to document care in the patient's home, but you do not have to work with us to use the app. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Ask Oxi — an AI assistant powered by Claude, made by Anthropic. Ask a clinical or work question, or dictate a visit and get a draft note in English (SOAP, SBAR, incident report or narrative) with what's still missing. • Use 132 clinical tools at the bedside — Glasgow Coma Scale, NIHSS, NEWS2, a code recorder, drip rates and more, grouped by body system, each with its published source. • See your schedule — assignments, shifts and visits, each with the address, the times and who to report to. • Document at the point of care — clock in and out of a visit, record vital signs, write your note, complete assessments, and capture the signatures the record requires. • Keep your patients in view — the information you need before you walk in, and the plan of care you are working from. • Manage your credentials — upload and renew licences and certifications, and see at a glance what expires soon. • Stay in touch — message the office and your colleagues, and share notes and files securely. • Pick up work — see open shifts, request the ones you want, and swap shifts with colleagues. • Learn — courses with lessons you can listen to, and certificates. BUILT FOR CLINICAL WORK Visit documentation follows the record-keeping rules that apply to home care in Florida. A note locks once it is signed, corrections are recorded rather than overwritten, and your location is checked when you clock in so the visit can be verified against the care site. Oxi and the clinical tools support your judgement; they don't replace your orders, protocols or the provider. PRIVACY myFHC handles protected health information. You see only the patients assigned to you, every access to a record is logged, chats can't be captured in screenshots, and the app can be locked behind Face ID or your device passcode. Oxi sends what you type or dictate to Anthropic only after you allow it, under a HIPAA business associate agreement; your voice is turned into text on your phone.
