Forest Flee is a puzzle game where players must align three identical forest animals, either in a straight line or in an L-shape, to help them escape through hidden holes in the forest. Aligning four or more results in an immediate loss, requiring careful planning. Some rounds introduce limited moves, while others feature animals that hide or move on their own. The final level combines all these mechanics for a greater challenge. The game consists of 5 levels. Level 1 has 15 rounds, and Levels 2 to 5 have 9 rounds each. Levels unlock progressively as players win, and progress is saved if the user is logged in with a custom account or Game Center. Players can restart from any unlocked level. The goal is to complete all 5 levels. There are two leaderboards: one for total points and another for players who finish the game. The game can be played offline, but without login, progress is not saved, and leaderboards and avatar selection are disabled. Players can create a custom account with email, password, and alias, or use Game Center. Logged-in users have access to cloud-saved progress and avatar customization. The game features 14 original music tracks composed by the developers, which will be available on platforms like iTunes and Spotify starting August 8, 2025. It also includes cartoon-style sound effects and Pixar-inspired visuals set in an enchanted forest. Menus are simple, with no complex transitions. Forest Flee has been tested on iPhone 7 and newer, and on iPads from 2018 onwards. It is compatible with iOS 15 or later. The game is designed to support modern devices, including notched screens and ultrawide aspect ratios. This build is nearly identical to the final version, with only a few avatars and minor graphical details pending for release.
