Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Jetpack IPTV at every 4 days against IPTV Core's every 6 weeks. Jetpack IPTV also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and review sentiment (100% vs 83%). IPTV Core's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (31 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
