Calorithm — Log and Review Your Calorie Balance and Weight Calorithm shows your calorie balance, the difference between what you eat and what you burn, by day, week, month, quarter, and year, from your meal, exercise, and weight records and Apple Health data. Logging and basic summaries are free. See Your Calorie Balance in Charts See calorie balance, intake and expenditure, weight, body fat, PFC, salt equivalent, steps, sleep, and water in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly charts, alongside the goals you set. Choose and reorder the cards you want to see. Auto-Synced with Apple Health Active energy, resting energy, weight, and body fat percentage are pulled from Apple Health each time you open the app. Steps, sleep, and water are read only if you allow it and are never written. Today's steps and last night's sleep are shown in the app and used in trend charts and Reports. The Water card shows how much you drank. Log Meals and Exercise Enter food names and calories by hand, or save meals and exercises you log often. You can also estimate calories with AI from a food name or a photo, and adjust the result with comments like "large size" or "extra cheese." Active energy for exercise can be estimated from its name and duration. Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports Reports summarize your records for each period without using AI. To look deeper, carry a report into Ask. Ask About Your Records Ask questions about your meals and exercise with record-aware AI consultation. Review Your Day on the Timeline See meals, exercise, and weight entries in order. Tap an entry to edit or delete it. Share as an Image Share cards from Trends and Reports as an image. Backup Back up your records and settings to a password-encrypted file, and restore them. Home Screen Widget Check today's balance from a widget without opening the app. Meal Guidance Notifications Set times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to see how many calories are left for your next meal. Dark Mode Switch between light and dark appearance. Your Data, Protected Your health and food log data is stored on your device with AES-256 encryption. When you use AI features, only the input, photos, or record summaries needed are sent to AI services: Google for estimates and AI reports, OpenAI for Ask. Steps and sleep are sent only as summarized values, such as daily totals and nightly durations. Not a Medical Device Calorithm is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional before making medical decisions. Calorithm Plus (iOS / Japan) An optional paid plan for iOS in Japan. Choose monthly (Ā„280) or yearly (Ā„2,400). Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free period. Free features remain available, including everything listed above. What Plus adds Compare your records in charts - Overlay moving averages or the average of a range you choose on charts - See weekly calorie balance next to weight change - Compare this week with last week, or this month with last month, over the same number of days - Compare each day's balance with the same weekday over the past 4 weeks Compare with public guidelines - Compare your weight pace, PFC balance, and salt equivalent with public reference values Reports - Weekly and monthly Reports add comparisons with the past 4 weeks and a balance-and-weight analysis AI - A larger AI allowance for estimates and Ask than Free - Web search for estimates and Ask when needed - See more of your past consultations Also - No ads - While on Plus or the free trial, buy extra points for AI (purchased points do not expire) - Estimate cards (calorie burn estimated from your records, weight outlook); both are estimates Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

How many calories do you have left today? KcalCounter answers with a single number. Log what you eat. KcalCounter builds your daily calorie budget from your BMR, everyday activity like commuting and housework, the energy you burn digesting food, and your workouts, then shows how much is left. Run a deficit to lose weight, a surplus to bulk, or eat at maintenance to hold steady. ā—† ONE NUMBER, NOT A SPREADSHEET • Your remaining calories, front and center. A 12-segment bar shows how much of today's budget you've used. • Tap for the breakdown: BMR, daily activity, digestion (TEF), exercise. • Over budget? You see "over" and the number. No guilt trips. ā—† LOG A MEAL IN ONE TAP • Recent and Frequent lists bring back the meals you eat every week. • Templates bundle several items ("usual breakfast," "post-workout") into a single tap. • Names are optional. Calories are enough. No barcodes, no macro entry, no food database to wade through. ā—† YOUR REAL TDEE, NOT A GENERIC ONE • A one-minute lifestyle questionnaire (desk job, standing work, housework, commute) estimates your daily activity from day one. • Sync steps from Apple Health, and your budget rises or falls with how much you actually move each day. • Workouts recorded in Apple Health are added automatically. You can also log one by activity and duration (MET) or by the calories your watch or machine shows, and see how much it adds to your budget. ā—† IT LEARNS FROM YOUR WEIGHT • KcalCounter compares your weight trend with what you logged and corrects the gap between estimated and real burn. Fast or slow metabolism, it adapts either way. • Accuracy is shown honestly: "Learning 12/28 days," then "±150 kcal." • Weight is tracked as a trend, so water weight and a salty dinner don't throw you off. ā—† A PACE YOU CAN KEEP • Choose to lose, gain, or maintain, then pick a weekly pace (0.25–0.75% of body weight when losing). • The budget has a floor, so an aggressive cut never becomes a crash diet. ā—† BUILT FOR CONSISTENCY • Meal and weigh-in reminders that stay quiet on days you've already logged. • A weekly summary to review last week's balance and weight. • Progress tab: days on target, calorie balance, weight trend, and estimated burn over 7 or 30 days. • One clean design across inputs, buttons, and charts. Dark Mode included. ā—† PRIVACY FIRST • No account, no sign-up. Your records stay on your device, or in your own iCloud if you turn on sync. • Health data never leaves your device. It isn't synced to iCloud or used for ads. • Your meals and weight are never used for advertising. ā—† KCALCOUNTER PRO (OPTIONAL) Logging, the budget, learning, step sync, reminders, and templates are free. Pro adds: • No ads • 90-day, 1-year, and all-time progress, plus weight forecasts • iCloud sync to carry everything to a new phone • CSV export • Six accent colors • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets that always show what's left Choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or canceled in your App Store account settings. ā—† WHO IT'S FOR • You've quit calorie-counting apps before because they asked for too much • You want calories and weight, not a nutrition lecture • You move a lot at work or at home and want that to count • You're cutting or bulking and want your deficit or surplus dialed in • You'd rather see numbers than pep talks Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://yssdev.com/privacy/kcalcounter
