EvolveSoWell vs SquadFuel

For members of Evolve Social Wellness to reserve their place in a class, sign up for gym events, and general account management like updating headshots and credit card on file.

Every nutrition app is built for one person and a whole lot of willpower. That's why you start strong in January and quit by February. SquadFuel is different. It's the first nutrition app built team-first — from the ground up, not bolted on. Your progress is shared with your squad. Theirs with you. Nobody drifts off alone, because everybody's looking out for everybody. That's the whole idea: you don't need more discipline. You need a team. WHY TEAMS WIN • You show up for your crew on the days you'd never show up for yourself • A shared leaderboard turns "I should log this" into "I'm not letting the team down" • Wins get celebrated, slumps get noticed — the way real teammates work • Ranked on consistency and effort, never on weight BUILT FOR EVERY KIND OF TEAM • Training partners and run clubs • Sports teams and their coaches • Families and friends keeping each other honest • Gyms running multiple groups across the week COACHING, IF YOU HAVE IT • Coaches guide and monitor from the web — no second app to learn • You own your plan; they see only what you choose to share AND YES — THE TRACKING IS GREAT TOO • Snap a photo, log a meal in seconds • Macros, calories, and goals without the busywork • AI meal plans and grocery lists when you want them But let's be honest: the tracking isn't why you'll stay. Your team is. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT • You control what your squad and coach can see • Export or delete your data anytime — we never sell it or run ads Nutrition was never meant to be a solo grind. Get your people. Get SquadFuel. SquadFuel is a general wellness and nutrition tool and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary decisions.
