Stop biting your nails — without willpower, bitter polish, or guilt. Calm Nails is a simple, science-inspired habit app built around one idea: awareness rewires automatic behavior. Instead of fighting urges, you’ll practice short guided “curiosity sessions” that help you notice sensations in your hands and nails—so the impulse loses its grip over time. It’s not a panic button. It’s a tiny daily practice that retrains your brain. How Calm Nails Works 1 minute, twice per day. Do a short Morning Session and Evening Session Follow gentle guidance to explore sensations (pressure, tingling, texture, tension) Learn to pause without force, and let the urge pass naturally With consistency, nail-biting becomes less automatic—and easier to stop for good. What You’ll Love Cure with Curiosity Build a new relationship with your hands through calm attention. No punishment. No shame. Just noticing. Daily Reminders (supportive, not pushy) Set your preferred times and let Calm Nails nudge you back to your practice—without guilt or pressure. Streaks & Consistency Tracking Stay motivated with simple streak tracking designed to keep the habit lightweight and doable. Progress Photos (private in-app) Capture and compare your nails over time so you can actually see healing happening—especially on days you feel stuck. No Gimmicks No bitter polish. No “just stop.” No shame spirals. Calm Nails is built for real humans. Realistic Results Most people notice the urge softening within 1 week with steady practice. Consistency matters more than perfection—even small sessions count. Terms of Use: https://www.calmnails.com/terms https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

About

StopBite

Nail biting is a tough habit to break. As the developer of this app, I struggled with it since childhood. I created this app out of a strong desire to finally stop, and I would be thrilled if it could help others facing the same struggle! This app is a habit tracker designed to visualize your unconscious habits and fully support your determination to quit. ■ Key Features - Nail Growth Record & Flip-book (*Pro feature) Take perfectly aligned photos every time using the "Ghost Overlay." Reviewing your daily changes through animation will dramatically boost your motivation. - In-depth Habit Analysis (Emotion Tracker) Record exactly when and what you were feeling (frustrated, anxious, etc.) when you bit your nails. Visualize your unconscious triggers with easy-to-read graphs. - "Commitment Tips" for Resolve It's okay if you slip up. Turn your regret into a "Commitment Tip" (a virtual record) to act as a deterrent and restart with renewed determination. - Visualize Your Effort: "Grow & Reward" The longer you go without biting, the more your in-app plant grows. Once you reach your goal, treat yourself with a custom "Reward" you set! Breaking a habit alone is hard, but together with this app, you can overcome it. Why not take the first step today?
