Ideas

Gamification- let me see my streak of daily sessions/ total time in analysis,

Journal- after each session I should be able to journal about what insights popped up

Photo documentation, be able to take photos of hands and store them,

Education- some text or blogs or videos to watch explaining nail biting, why we do it, and why it’s important to stop

Response from developer

Thank you for the suggestions! We did just add Streaks so you can see your progress. We also added Before/After photos. Journaling seems like a logical next step and we'll consider that. 😄

Very helpful!

This approach was great for me! I noticed an improvement within a week — both for mindlessly and intentionally biting my nails. I’ve been using the app for around a month and my nails have never looked this good. Very, very happy I found this!

Response from developer

🙏 Alexandra, so glad the app helped and hope you still have beautiful nails 1 year later!

It worked!

I am 1 month in and although I can’t say for sure it will last forever, so far it has been life changing. Thank you!!!

Response from developer

Yay! This is why we love building apps - to help people
