GlucoseWatch: Your Blood Sugar Values – Always on Your Wrist. With GlucoseWatch, you can view your glucose values quickly and discreetly on your Apple Watch. Designed specifically for Apple Watch, the app retrieves readings from your LibreLinkUp account and presents them at a glance. Your values at a glance: See your current glucose value and trend directly in the app. For a quick overview, you can also add a complication to your watch face. Complications do not update continuously. Open the app or tap the complication to retrieve the latest reading. Optional Apple Health integration: If you choose, you can sync your glucose values with Apple Health and view them alongside your other health data. Privacy comes first. Your glucose readings are not stored on our servers. Your LibreLinkUp credentials are stored in the Apple Watch Keychain and can be entered directly on your Watch. (For easier setup, you can optionally use QR login: your browser encrypts the credentials for your Watch before an encrypted package is stored briefly on our transfer server. Glucose readings are not sent through this server.) Important note: GlucoseWatch is intended to display glucose readings and does not replace medical advice or treatment. Always consult a medical professional about health-related questions. For more information and legal notices, visit glucosewatch.chadly.de. Questions or issues? Contact us at glucosewatch@chadly.de. Look at your CGM data everywhere you Like to Look. GotCGM takes the continuous glucose monitor (CGM) data from Dexcom or Libre blood sugar sensors and routes it in real-time to the places you actually look - your Apple watch, Apple Health, the iPhone lock and home screens, the dynamic island while you're in other apps, and your car - so you can glance at your blood sugar and get on with your day. WHY PEOPLE USE IT * Apple Watch: See your current BG and trend at a glance. GotCGM uses a custom Contact Complication to share CGM data to your watch in real time. * Apple Health: Puts the data from your CGM into AHK so you can see trends against your other health data, share with clinics and your physician, and more. * iPhone at a glance: Lock-screen and home-screen widgets keep BG visible without opening the app. * Live Activities show in the Dynamic Island and on your iPhone lock screen, on your Apple Watch, and with CarPlay. * For other watches and also in the car: the Calendar Integration surfaces BG info as a calendar event * Simple setup: Use your Dexcom Share or LibreLinkUp credentials to start routing your CGM data immediately and in real time. SUPPORTED CGMs * Dexcom G6/G7 * Abbott Freestyle Libre 2/3(+) * Other CGMs that have been configured to write their data into Apple Health or can write into Nightscout. ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

GotCGM holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GotCGM has 15 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of GlucoseWatch's written reviews are positive against 30% of GotCGM's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

GlucoseWatch ships an update every 2 weeks, GotCGM every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
