D-Bell is a marketplace for physical, person-to-person home services in Israel. Customers describe a job with text, photo, video, or voice. The in-app agent helps classify the work. You can post it to the open marketplace, send an urgent request, or book a specific professional. Professionals send quotes. You pick one, chat after both sides accept, and track the visit. How money works • Customers pay the professional in cash after the job. • Approve payment in the app only confirms that cash was paid. It does not charge a card. • D-Bell does not take a cut of the job price. Safety • Report and Block on profiles, chats, and reviews. • In-app account deletion: Profile → Personal information → Delete account. Languages: English, Hebrew, and Russian. Location, camera, microphone, and photos are optional and requested only when you use those features.
