Finny

Finny works out your FIRE Age. An age when working becomes a choice, not a compulsion. It's not a random calculator, but a real plan: powered by AI, backed by SEBI-registered advisers. Finny is a personal finance app that works like your personal CFO, for you and your family. Link your accounts in under a minute, read-only, and you can disconnect anytime. First, it builds you a FIRE plan personalised to you — built on complex financial models created by our advisers and delivered with AI. It also tracks your assets and loans, updated daily, and brings in your bank transactions, tagged by category, to see exactly where your money goes. And you don't have to do it alone. You and your spouse or family can track your money together as one household. Each person downloads Finny, links their own accounts, and approves the other's access, so it's always by mutual consent on both sides. But Finny doesn't stop at showing you numbers. It gives you a plan, and tells you what to actually do. It tells you exactly how much you need to be financially independent, and how to get there. It builds your asset allocation - how much of your money to put into each kind of investment: Equity, Fixed income, Gold or New-age investments so you stay on track to your FIRE corpus. It plans for your whole family, not just you — buying a home, your children's education and future, a career break, upskilling, caring for your parents, or simply a better life for the people you love. And it stays with you, adjusting as your income, goals and life change. What we stand for: a plan, not a product. We're a SEBI-registered investment adviser, and fee-only by design as registered advisers can't earn commissions. That's unlike the bank relationship managers and mutual fund distributors who pose as advisers and charge you "nothing" up front, while taking a commission that looks small — around 1% a year — but adds up to 15–20% of your money over a 15–20 year horizon. The AI does the heavy lifting, but real people stand behind your plan. Our research team builds the framework and the financial models; AI personalises it to your numbers and your life, and delivers it to you seamlessly. Why this matters: for most Indians, the old safety nets for retirement — a government pension, or leaning on your children — won't be there. People know they need to save enough to become financially independent. What they don't know is how much is enough, when they'll get there, and what to do next. And the ground is shifting. In a world being reshaped by AI, staying employable until 60 or 65 is no longer a given, so reaching financial independence, early or not, is becoming a compulsion, not a choice. The help isn't there either. India has only about 900 registered investment advisers for hundreds of millions of people, so real, unbiased advice is out of reach for almost everyone. Most people instead get "advice" from agents who earn a commission when you buy — which is selling, not planning. The result is a country caught between advice it can't trust and advice it can't reach. Finny exists to close that gap with real financial planning, powered by AI and backed by SEBI-registered advisers, for anyone serious about financial independence. Good to know: 1. it is Free to start. Find your FIRE Age and see your full money picture at no cost. 2. Linked securely. Finny connects your accounts through the Account Aggregator framework regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) so you share data with your consent to a regulated entity and is always 100% encrypted. 3. Read-only, always. No one can never move or touch your money. 4. You stay in control. Disconnect any account whenever you want. 5. Real, regulated advice. Your plan is backed by SEBI-registered investment advisers. Take the first step toward financial independence.
