You've heard "eat healthy," "sleep more," and "train smarter" a thousand times. NutriTech helps make it personal โ€” by factoring in the one thing that's truly yours: your DNA. Upload a DNA file you already have, and NutriTech turns it into clear, everyday guidance โ€” starting with the grade on your lunch. SCORE YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT Scan a barcode or describe a meal, and NutriGrade gives it a 0โ€“100 score โ€” built around your targets and your genes, not a generic label. It's free, computed on your phone, and every point is explained: tap the badge for the breakdown. Sensitive to an ingredient? Set it once, and NutriGrade helps you spot it. UPLOAD YOUR DNA, UNLOCK YOUR EDGE Import a raw DNA file from popular testing services. NutriTech reads a curated set of well-studied markers and turns them into clear traits: how you handle caffeine and carbs, power vs. endurance, how fast you recover, and more. Only de-identified marker pairs ever leave your phone โ€” never your full genome. Every section gets a plain-language summary, and as our marker library grows, one tap re-runs your analysis. ONE NUMBER FOR HOW READY YOU ARE Every morning, your score blends recovery, sleep, and energy, then tunes it to your DNA. Your NutriCharge battery shows it best โ€” a live 36-hour curve that charges while you sleep and dips when you push hard โ€” no midnight reset. Tap any metric (Recovery, Sleep, Strain, Energy, Stress) for 90-day trends and the genetics behind it. EAT FOR YOUR GENES, NOT A GENERIC CHART Log a meal by describing it โ€” AI estimates the calories and macros. Track your day against calorie and macro targets set by your DNA, not a generic formula. Forgot lunch? Add it to any past day. Eat the same thing often? Rewind re-adds a recent meal in a tap. TRACK SUPPLEMENTS WITHOUT THE HASSLE Build up to three supplement stacks, take a whole stack with one tap, and log a dose you took earlier. All syncs to Apple Health. TRAIN WITH YOUR BIOLOGY, NOT AGAINST IT See your training load (acute vs. chronic), cardio fitness, and weekly volume from Apple Health. The AI Strength Builder writes sessions around your genetics, your time, and how recovered you are โ€” then walks you through each one on iPhone, or on Apple Watch with a set logger, rest-timer ring, and live heart rate. WORKS WITH YOUR DEVICES NutriTech reads and writes Apple Health. Prefer a Fitbit? Connect it for your steps, sleep, heart rate, and workouts โ€” or pair any Bluetooth heart-rate monitor for live workouts. DISCOVER YOUR BIOLOGICAL AGE A transparent estimate from your cardio fitness, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep, activity, and longevity-related traits โ€” every factor explained, plus the habits that move it most. MEET YOUR FUSION COACH Ask anything. This AI coach answers using your genetic traits, recovery, and goals โ€” like texting a coach who has actually read your file. BUILD HABITS THAT PROVE THEMSELVES A 30-second daily check-in (mood, energy, habits, journal) links to your recovery score โ€” so you see which habits really move the needle. And instead of buzzing on a schedule, an on-device insight engine surfaces only the nudges that matter, on a cadence you choose. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health data lives on your device. DNA analysis sends only de-identified marker pairs โ€” no full genome, no personal identifiers โ€” and AI features send only the text needed to answer. No account required, and you can delete everything anytime. NUTRITECH PREMIUM Daily fusion guidance, AI meal plans, the Strength Builder, and the Fusion Coach are part of NutriTech Premium (weekly, monthly, or annual โ€” the annual plan starts with a 1-week free trial). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. About

Ork

Features

Ork is a free AI calorie counter that learns from your body. Snap a photo of your food or describe it in your own words. Ork works out calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber and 15 micronutrients in seconds. With an Apple Watch you also get your energy level, sleep and recovery in the same app. FREE, NO PAYWALL Ork is completely free. No ads, and no trial that turns into a subscription. We never sell your data. A CALORIE TARGET THAT ADAPTS Calorie formulas can be off by 10โ€“15 percent. Ork compares your target with how your weight actually changes. It adjusts the target when the gap is bigger than your weight's normal swings, and it always tells you when it does. If you'd rather decide yourself, you can set a custom calorie target. AI FOOD LOGGING Snap your plate or type "two eggs and a cheese sandwich". Adjust portions, split recipes into servings and quickly re-log your recent meals. YOUR NUTRITION COACH Every day you get a personal analysis of how you eat. It covers protein, fiber, energy balance and the nutrients you're short on, with concrete ideas for what to eat. BLOOD TEST RESULTS Take a photo of your blood test results. Ork reads the values, shows them against their reference ranges and tracks them over time. It links them to your diet, for example iron and ferritin. ENERGY, SLEEP AND RECOVERY (APPLE WATCH) Using Apple Watch data, Ork calculates your energy level from 0 to 100 based on sleep, heart rate, HRV, activity and recovery. You see sleep stages, daily strain and long-term trends, and you get a morning report every day. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Ork saves nutrition data to Apple Health and reads your weight from your smart scale. Home Screen widgets show energy, calories and protein. Medical disclaimer: Ork is a health and wellness app and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider before making any health decisions or acting on information provided in the app.
