Blind Radar vs FindCircle

Blind Radar turns your iPhone into a sixth sense. Point it where you're walking, and it warns you about walls, furniture, people, and trip hazards before you reach them, exactly like a car parking sensor: gentle ticks and haptic taps that speed up as you get closer, and a clear alarm when something is right in front of you. Three big buttons. That's the whole app. WALKING Your path, guarded. Blind Radar watches a narrow beam straight ahead of your iPhone, like a flashlight, and speaks the parking-sensor language every driver already knows. Slow ticks far away, rapid ticks up close, a continuous alarm at arm's length. Every tick comes with a matching haptic tap, so it works with the sound off, in your pocket-height grip, in a loud street. DESCRIBE Tap once and hear what's in front of you in plain, everyday words, "There's a door ahead with a kitchen inside, a table in the middle." Keep it on, point somewhere new, and it describes again. No jargon, no opinions, just what's there and where it is. READ TEXT Point at any sign, letter, menu, or label and Blind Radar reads it aloud, automatically detecting the language and speaking it with the right voice. Hands-free: it keeps reading new text as you pan, and never repeats itself. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE Swipe anywhere to switch modes, every mode announces itself aloud True 3D sound with AirPods: alerts come from the obstacle's direction Works on every modern iPhone; LiDAR models get extended range Fully compatible with VoiceOver Feel it before you buy it: the interactive demo plays every alert level during setup COMPLETELY PRIVATE Everything happens on your iPhone. No video is recorded, stored, or sent anywhere. No account. No internet required, Blind Radar works in a basement, on a trail, or on a plane. Your world, sensed. FindCircle puts your whole group on a live radar so you always know where everyone is — no more "where are you?" texts. Whether you're navigating a festival crowd, splitting up at a theme park, hiking with friends, or meeting family at the airport, FindCircle keeps everyone visible on a shared radar that updates in real time. ◆ HOW IT WORKS ◆ Create or join a group in seconds using a 6-character invite code. Once everyone is in, open the radar and see your friends' positions instantly updating around you — no map needed, no manual refreshing. ◆ KEY FEATURES ◆ ● Live Radar View See all group members plotted around you in real time, with a sweeping radar aesthetic that makes distance and direction immediately clear. ● Easy Group Setup Create a named group, share the invite code, and you're tracking. Join in seconds by entering the code your friend sends — or scan their QR code directly from the group screen for a completely code-free join. ● Meeting Points Drop a shared rally pin everyone can see, set at your location or by long-pressing any spot on the radar. Save your favourite spots as permanent named points ("The Pub", "Car Park", "Main Gate") so the whole group always knows where to regroup. ● Quick Pings Send one-tap message alerts to your whole group — "On my way!", "I'm here!", "Wait for me!" and more. Pings appear as a notification on everyone's radar instantly. ● SOS Alert In a genuine emergency, one tap sends your exact location to every member of your group with a bright SOS banner on their screen. ● Proximity Alerts Set a distance threshold (5–100 m) and your phone vibrates when a group member enters that range — great for crowded venues where you can't stare at your screen. ● Background Tracking Keep sharing your location even when the app is minimised, so your friends can always find you. ● Battery Awareness Each person's battery level is visible on the radar so you know who might drop off soon. ● Fast Updates The radar refreshes every 2 seconds so your group always has a current picture. ◆ FINDCIRCLE PREMIUM ◆ FindCircle is free for small groups. Upgrade to Premium when you need more: ● Bigger circles — grow your group from 3 people up to 50, so the whole crew stays on one radar. ● Unlimited saved spots — save as many permanent named meeting points as you like, not just one. Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription. Heading out for a single event? Grab a one-time Event Pass instead — a Day, Weekend, or Trip pass unlocks everything Premium for 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days, with no subscription and nothing to cancel. ◆ BUILT FOR ◆ ‣ Festivals & concerts ‣ Theme parks & zoos ‣ Hiking & trail runs ‣ Airport meet-ups ‣ City trips & school trips ‣ Team sports events ‣ Any situation where a group needs to stay connected ◆ PRIVACY ◆ Your location is shared only with members of your group and is stored as your last known position within that group — it is overwritten on every update, not accumulated as a history.
