Two Steps

Two Steps plans walks for you. Tell it how many steps you want to take. It works out a loop that long from where you are and brings you back to your door. You never pick a destination, and you never plan a route. Every walk avoids ground you have already covered. Two Steps remembers where you have been and sends the next route down streets you have not walked yet, so an area you thought you knew keeps turning up corners you have missed. You get a few routes to choose from, each with a name, a distance and a rough time. Pick the one you like and set off. While you walk, the map turns with you. The road ahead stays lit, arrows on the ground show which way the loop runs, and a flag marks the spot where it closes. Put your phone in your pocket and the trail keeps drawing. When you finish, the walk is saved with the line you actually took, your steps, your distance, and how much of it was new ground. You can walk any of them again whenever you like. WHAT YOU GET • Loops from 1,000 to 20,000 steps • Routes that steer around the streets you have already walked • A guided map that turns as you turn • Your trail drawn live, and kept afterwards • A week of steps and your current streak • Walks saved to Apple Health • A Home Screen widget showing your last walk • A Live Activity on the Lock Screen while you are out • An optional daily nudge to get you moving • Light and dark, miles or kilometres YOUR WALKS STAY ON YOUR PHONE Your trails and the ground you have covered are kept on your device. There is no account to create and nothing to sign in to.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your habits live on your device and in your own iCloud, so a new phone starts where the old one stopped. No account with us, ever, and we cannot read any of it. Only three things reach a server of ours: a habit's name, to propose its setup; an activity's name, for an energy estimate; your weekly totals, if you ask for a weekly review. Never your entries, never your weight. Nothing reaches anybody else unless you send it: share a habit's setup as a link, or let chosen people follow one habit's progress, and stop it again whenever you like. You can switch HabitMeter off in the system settings under iCloud. No tracking, no ads, no analytics. ENERGY BURNED (PREMIUM) HabitMeter estimates what a session cost, from the activity, how long it took and your body weight. Optionally it writes that estimate to the Health app as active energy. Your weight stays on this device, never in iCloud and never with us, and is only used for the calculation. YOUR WEEK, READ Every week HabitMeter sums up what went up and what slipped, and proposes new goals that fit the training you actually did. Nothing changes until you accept it. Your weekly totals are sent to our server for that, never your entries and never your weight. FREE VS PREMIUM FREE: Unlimited habits, groups, second values like weight in kilos or pounds, flexible goals, widgets, health data sync, 36 badges, sharing a habit's live progress, the group session chart for the last 7 days. PREMIUM: The weekly review with goal adjustment, energy burned per session, advanced statistics, your full history year by year, personal records, progress suggestions, premium badges, extra chart styles, and the group session chart across a full 30 days. Premium is available as a subscription, monthly or yearly, or as a one-time purchase. The yearly plan starts with a free month. --- Privacy Policy & Terms of Use: https://merzkevin.de/privacy-HabitMeter.html
