Shift is a calendar for people whose schedule — and pay — changes from week to week. Hospitality, retail, events, care work, a student job: if your rota never looks the same twice, Shift was made for you. SEE YOUR WORK DAYS AT A GLANCE Days you work are tinted in the month view, with the shift written right under the date. Classes and personal plans sit underneath, so a busy week reads in a second. SWIPE THROUGH YOUR SCHEDULE Drag the calendar and next month slides in under your finger. Open a day to see everything on it, then swipe to the next. HOURS AND PAY, ONLY IF YOU WANT THEM Track an hourly rate or a fixed amount per shift, or just the hours if you're on a salary. The Income tab adds up the month for you: gross earnings, hours worked, shifts and your average per hour. BUILT FOR REAL SCHEDULES • Presets for the shifts you work most often, with their times and pay • Weekly repeats, with each occurrence editable on its own • Two shifts in one day? No problem • A School section for classes, assignments and exams, with subjects • Export your shifts for any month as a spreadsheet ALWAYS WITH YOU • Syncs across your iPhone and iPad through your own iCloud • Home Screen widget and a long-press shortcut to add an entry fast • English and Spanish, always in 24-hour time • Light and dark mode PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No ads. No tracking. Shift doesn't collect any data — your schedule stays on your devices and in your private iCloud.
