Proof that you're improving. Log each set in two taps and see exactly how much stronger you've gotten since you started. Last time's weight and reps are already filled in. Strack flags your personal records and shows you the improvement percentage for each exercise. LOGGING IS FAST Two taps per set. The weight and reps come prefilled with what you did last time, so you just confirm. SEE YOUR REAL PROGRESS Every exercise has its own history: how much you moved before, how much now, and the change in percent. It is not a feeling, it is weight on the bar. IT TELLS YOU WHEN TO ADD WEIGHT (STRACK MAX) Strack looks at your recent history and suggests the exact jump per exercise, with the reason behind it. TRAIN FROM YOUR WRIST Apple Watch app: log your sets, run the rest timer and finish the workout without taking your phone out of your pocket. YOUR GOAL, IN ONE SENTENCE Write your goal in your own words and Strack builds the plan. The rest is training and logging. KEEP THE STREAK The hard part is not training, it is coming back tomorrow. The streak shows your days in a row and your record. STRACK GO AND STRACK MAX Strack Go is free forever and never locks the app. You start with Strack Max at no cost and no card, until you complete 30 days and 10 sessions (whichever takes longer). After that you keep training free on Go or subscribe to Max. Strack Max adds: up to 6 plan regenerations a month (1 on Go), your full history (on Go you see the last month), suggested load progression, unlimited custom exercises (5 on Go) and adding exercises mid-session. Monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
