Sleep restores your Aura. Movement takes on your Restlessness. Data2Dao is BigData Cultivation: your health data becomes Aura, and every workout becomes a kung fu battle. Prop up your iPhone, let the camera track every stretch, squat and push-up, and land each rep as a hit on a monster. Build combos, clear stages, rise through the realms, and let sleep and rest count too. A few minutes a day, beside an orange cat. UNDERSTAND TODAY'S CONDITION Connect Apple Health to turn available sleep, heart rate, HRV and activity records into game indicators such as Aura and Restlessness. Reflect on your condition and plan movement and rest. Some insights need enough data from compatible sources. Screen Time requires separate permission (iOS 18 or later); once allowed, late-night scrolling builds up your Restlessness. WHAT TO TRAIN TODAY? YOUR BODY DECIDES Based on today's condition and recent training, you get today's stage: side stretch, jump claps, squats, push-ups, high knees. From 3 minutes, from light to advanced. Move through chapters like a level path, keep your streak on record, and take leave on rough days. FIGHT BESIDE THE CAT, EVERY REP COUNTS Set your phone down in front of you. The camera recognizes each movement: every completed rep takes a bite out of the monster's health, your combo keeps climbing, and a combo trend shows how steady you are. See yourself in a small window while you and the cat fight on screen. No wearables, no accessories, just an iPhone. TRAINING, REST, INSIGHT, ALL PART OF YOUR PATH Runs, rides, coffee, mood, a body heat map, today's check-in photo and workouts from Apple Health all flow into your Path timeline. Rest days are part of the practice too. Look back at your trends and find your rhythm. FROM LOOSENING UP TO REAL KUNG FU Open Roc Wings, Lean Muscle Art and Wave Treading for upper-body, core and lower-body practice, plus Baduanjin and guided calisthenics. Practice form by form; each manual tracks its level and total reps, and mastering one form unlocks the next. A FEW MINUTES A DAY, YOUR STREAK IS YOUR PRACTICE No burnout required. One stage is 3 minutes, one stage a day. Keep the streak going to grow your Power and rise through the realms, from Mortal to First Steps, with the Cat Master beside you. Can't put the phone down? SweatLock turns movement into the only currency that matters — earn screen time by working out, then spend it on the apps you love. [How it works] · Work out, earn time: Pose detection counts push-ups, planks, squats and running in real time and converts them into a screen-time balance. · Lock distracting apps: Pick the apps you overuse — social, video, games — and shield them in one tap. · Unlock with balance: Open app → your balance is deducted and it's released, then auto re-locks when time is up. · See your progress: Streaks, total workouts, per-app usage leaderboard, and weekly / monthly self-control reports. [Why it works] No harsh bans — just a quantified loop you actually want to follow. The movement is real, the time is earned with sweat, so you value it more. [Private by design] · All data stays on your device. No account, no upload, works fully offline. [Who it's for] · Anyone fighting phone addiction and wanting more focus · People who need a game-like nudge to move · Families setting healthy screen rules for their kids - Privacy Policy: https://docs.qq.com/doc/DZHhpbWlYWVFOQ2x5 - Premium membership terms: https://docs.qq.com/doc/DZEdVVWp4V3BBZmNJ - Refund: The subscription fee for the current period is non-refundable. Please ensure that the functional services meet your needs. - Unsubscribe: If you need to cancel the renewal, please operate the cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel it by following these steps: open System Settings - click on Apple ID - click on Subscriptions - select the SweatLock subscription, and then cancel the subscription. Start your first set today and earn your screen time back.
