Strong multiplication skills make mental math faster and more reliable in school and everyday life. If you want to recall results confidently instead of calculating from scratch, you need repeated practice at the right moments. This app is designed for long-term retention rather than short-term quiz sessions. At the core is an adaptive spaced repetition system. Review intervals adjust to your real memory performance. If you answer confidently after a longer break, the next interval increases. If you hesitate or make a mistake, the interval shortens without wiping your progress. This keeps practice efficient and focused on what still needs reinforcement. Two learning modes support different ways of training. Multiple Choice enables quick rounds with immediate feedback and is ideal for building early confidence. Self-Assessment strengthens active recall: you try to retrieve the answer first, then rate whether you knew it, almost knew it, or did not know it. This approach improves long-term memory and real speed. Content is organized into clear sets so you can train systematically, for example specific tables, mixed practice, or more challenging combinations up to 20×20. You can freely enable or disable sets and adjust your selection at any time. Several question directions are available. In one direction you solve the multiplication (7×8 → 56). In another you work backwards and find the missing factor (56 with 7 → 8). This trains both quick recall and flexible understanding. Each set includes a test where every item appears once. Depending on your result you earn a silver or gold medal, making progress easy to track. A full overview is included for browsing and targeted review.

Still counting on your fingers for 7 × 8? You’re not alone — and you’re not stupid. Plenty of capable students never properly memorised their times tables, and it quietly slows everything down later: algebra takes longer, exams feel harder, mental maths becomes something to dread. Most times-tables apps are made for young children, full of cartoons and baby talk. This one isn’t. It’s built for teenagers, college students, and adults who want to fix the gap — privately, quickly, and without the childish stuff. HOW IT WORKS You practise. The app notices which facts you get wrong and how slowly you answer, then feeds you more of exactly what you need. No time wasted on the ones you already know. Just focused practice on the facts holding you back. FREE • Smart practice that adapts to your weak spots • Full coverage up to 10 × 10 • Track your progress through your current session PREMIUM — one-time £3.49, no subscription • Deeply personalised practice that targets your weaknesses fact by fact • Extended tables all the way to 30 × 30 — for serious mental-maths fluency • Long-term progress tracking with a trend graph, so you can see yourself improving • Spaced repetition that reviews each fact right before you’d forget it — the proven way to make it stick WHY OLDER LEARNERS CHOOSE IT • No cartoons, no condescension — a clean, grown-up design • Learn at your own pace, in private
