Match with founders, operators, and decision-makers across salons, spas, medspas, and wellness brands. • Follow the Deep End live. Three finalists pitch their business expansion ideas for a $50,000 prize, live on the main stage. Vote, react, and follow the action in real time. • Celebrate the Golden Hands Awards. Eight categories honoring the stylists, therapists, estheticians, and nail artists shaping the industry. See the nominees and live results inside the app. • Stay oriented on-site. Venue maps for the Seattle Aquarium, Hyatt Regency Grand Ballroom, and every session room. Push notifications keep you in step with the day. • Sponsor directory. Profiles, offers, and booth locations for every brand powering Innergize 2026. Keynotes that move the needle Carlos Andrés Gómez (HBO Def Poetry Jam) opens Day 1 with a keynote on permission and presence. David Wagner (Founder & CEO, Juut Salonspa) on the Daymaker Effect, what it means to truly serve. Jeremy Utley (Stanford, Thinkers50 Top Ten innovation leader) closes Day 2 with practical strategies for working with AI as a thought partner. Three days, one goal: Every session is built around one thing: the strategies, connections, and confidence to grow your brand. No panels for the sake of panels. No sponsor pitches dressed as insights. Real conversations with the operators, founders, and creatives actually shaping what beauty and wellness looks like next.
