Inbox is 88% noise, on average. MailOver reads all of it so you only see the 12% that matter. MailOver is the AI email secretary that reads every email the moment it lands, pulls out the action items and deadlines, summarizes the threads worth knowing about, and files everything else out of your way. You open one short brief instead of 400 emails. (The name? A mailover is an email hangover, that tired feeling after too much inbox. MailOver is the cure.) ONE INBOX. THREE ANSWERS. Every email gets read and sorted into what you need to DO, what you should KNOW, and what's just NOISE. No rules. No folders. No training period. A TO-DO LIST THAT WRITES ITSELF A renewal buried in paragraph three. A sign-off hidden in a long thread. An invoice due Friday. MailOver turns "please approve before Friday" into a checkable task with the right due date pulled from the email, grouped by day, and pinned when it's urgent. You see commitments before they slip. THE GIST, BEFORE YOU OPEN A THING For the threads that matter, your secretary writes a two-line summary, so you get the decision in seconds and decide whether the full thread is even worth opening. EVERYTHING ELSE, NEATLY FILED Invoices, receipts, newsletters, promos, deliveries, social. The 88% that doesn't need a human gets sorted into clean categories you can skim or ignore. Your inbox stops being a firehose and becomes an archive. WORKS WITH THE EMAIL YOU ALREADY USE Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail, Proton, or any IMAP account. Connect multiple inboxes (personal, work, shared) and get one combined brief across all of them. CONNECT IN 30 SECONDS No rules to write. No filters to maintain. Link an inbox and you're reading action items in under two minutes. YOUR EMAIL STAYS YOURS Zero-access AES-256 encryption. Even our own team can't read your email, and we never train any model on it. You can block specific senders, subjects, or keywords from AI processing entirely. GDPR-compliant by design, with one-tap data export and deletion. PRICING Free to start, no card required. Plans scale with how many inboxes you connect and how much email you get: - Plus: 2 inboxes, 600 AI credits/month - Pro: 4 inboxes, 1,500 AI credits/month (most popular) - Ultra: 8 inboxes, 6,000 AI credits/month Billed monthly or yearly (save up to 40% with annual). Cancel anytime from your account. Built for operators, founders, and anyone juggling email across work and personal accounts who can't afford to miss the one message that mattered. If you've ever lost something important because it was buried, MailOver is for you. Privacy Policy and Terms: https://mailover.ai/privacy-terms.html

WHY Because being reachable shouldn’t mean being constantly interrupted. HOW OWL turns interruptions into something you control. You choose exactly which emails are urgent by setting simple rules (senders, domains, keywords, or specific threads) and optional schedules for when those rules are allowed to alert you. WHAT OWL is an alert layer for your existing Gmail/Outlook accounts—not another inbox. When new mail arrives, OWL checks it in the background and sends a push alert only when an email matches your rules. Everything else stays quiet, so you can stop checking “just in case.” What you’ll see in the push alert • Rule label (e.g., “Boss”) • Sender • Subject line What push alerts do NOT include • Email body content • Attachments • Full inbox access inside the app Alert Details (in-app and on the web) When you open an alert, OWL can show up to 10,000 characters of context for that matched email—so you can decide quickly without opening your full inbox. Attachments are never included. Rule setup • Create and manage rules in the app or on the OWL website (vip.foundopportunity.com). Built for “can’t-check-right-now” moments Meetings, dinner, sleep, driving, and anything else where you want to stay present without missing the one email that matters. Important This is a companion app and requires an active OWL subscription. You must first sign up and connect your email account through the OWL website (vip.foundopportunity.com). Privacy & security Email processing happens server-side on the secure OWL platform. Push alerts contain only the rule label, sender, and subject. OWL does not include email bodies or attachments in push notifications.
