About

WakeMove

Features

WakeMove is an alarm clock you turn off by moving your body. When the alarm goes off, you complete Missions such as squats, push-ups and planks. Your iPhone's camera checks your movement during these Missions, so there's no way to fake it. Switch your morning alarm to WakeMove to get up early and build a morning exercise habit at the same time. Add Wake Checks, and you won't fall back asleep after the Mission is done. ■ Move your body to wake up Complete Missions like walking, push-ups (front or side view) and squats, and force your body out of sleep. ■ Wake Checks stop you from falling back asleep With Wake Checks, the alarm rings again at the times you choose, even after you've completed the Mission. No more drifting back to sleep once the Mission is over. ■ Miss the Mission, face a penalty You can set a penalty for when you don't complete the Mission within 30 minutes. With a penalty set, the alarm rings once more at a random time on the day you missed. Once it's scheduled, it can't be turned off from the settings. It's a powerful way to stop yourself from going back to sleep or putting off your Mission. ■ Stay motivated with badges Earn badges for your daily progress, like getting up early and completing Missions. Badges have levels, designed to keep you getting up early and exercising day after day. ■ Focus Mode Use Screen Time to block the apps you choose from a start time to an end time. Turn on Hard Mode, and apps can't be deleted from this iPhone while it's on. WakeMove's core features are free to use. If you want more, such as more kinds of exercises and Missions, WakeMove Pro is available. TERMS OF USE: https://wakebomb.com/terms/ PRIVACY POLICY: https://wakebomb.com/privacy/
