Heart Matter

Tracks real-time heart rate with most BLE chest strap heart rate sensors. Some smartwatches and wrist-worn devices may not connect because they do not support the standard BLE Heart Rate profile. Whether youβre aiming for fitness or endurance, effective aerobic exercise means keeping your heart rate at 60β80% of your maximum for at least 15 minutes. Simply set your age, and the app automatically calculates your maximum heart rate and key target zones (60%, 70%, 80%), then shows them on a real-time graphβhelping you avoid slowing down or pushing too hard, for safer, more effective workouts. When you press the PiP button, a small window appears. The color on the left side of the window indicates system status: green means normal, red indicates overheating, and gray shows delay. The blinking dot next to the number confirms that heart rate is being measured and updated continuously. The background color of the number on the right side represents heart rate zones: below 60% of maximum is blue, up to 80% is green, up to 90% is orange, and above 90% is red. Features: β’ Real-time heart rate and RR interval tracking with most BLE chest-strap monitors (smartwatches and wrist devices not supported) β’ Continuous background heart rate collectionβeven with the screen off β’ Automatic reconnection to your last paired device, with alerts if the connection drops β’ Full connection event logging for reliable monitoring β’ Customizable high heart rate alerts β’ Seamless data sync with Apple Health

Getting a toddler to wear glasses or an eye patch every single day is a battle every parent of a child with amblyopia knows too well. Captain Patch turns that daily struggle into a reward β and into a habit. ββββββββββββββββ HOW IT WORKS ββββββββββββββββ Your child browses a visual library of their favourite cartoons and movies. The moment they press play, Captain Patch quietly activates the iPad's or iPhone's front camera and checks they're wearing their prescribed eyewear. When their glasses or patch are on β as required β the show begins. The moment their glasses or patch come off, even for a second, the cartoon pauses. A friendly animal wearing its own eye patch pops up on screen. The second your child puts their eyewear back on, the movie resumes exactly where it left off. No nagging. No battles. Just cartoons. ββββββββββββββββ CONFIGURABLE FOR YOUR CHILD'S PRESCRIPTION ββββββββββββββββ Every child's treatment is different. In Settings, you choose: Eye patch only β left eye or right eye Glasses only Eye patch and glasses together Captain Patch checks for exactly what your child has been prescribed β nothing more, nothing less. ββββββββββββββββ PRIVACY FIRST β EVERYTHING STAYS ON DEVICE ββββββββββββββββ The front camera never records or stores video. Detection runs entirely on-device using on-board computer vision. No images, no data, no cloud. Ever. ββββββββββββββββ YOUR MEDIA, YOUR LIBRARY ββββββββββββββββ Captain Patch works with videos stored locally on your device. Browse by category in a clean, visual interface β no subscriptions, no streaming, no internet required. ββββββββββββββββ TRACK PROGRESS, CELEBRATE WINS ββββββββββββββββ Daily and weekly wearing statistics for glasses, patch, or both Achievements and milestones to keep kids motivated A growing cast of adorable patch-wearing animal companions that appear when it's time to put the eyewear back on ββββββββββββββββ BUILT BY A DAD, FOR PARENTS LIKE YOU ββββββββββββββββ My two-year-old was diagnosed with amblyopia. Getting them to wear their patch and glasses every day was a constant battle β so I spent a weekend building a solution. Within days, their compliance transformed. Captain Patch is the app I wished existed. I'm sharing it hoping it helps your family too.
