Apex Voice Notes helps you capture meetings, conversations, and voice memos, then turn them into useful written outputs. Record audio on your iPhone, transcribe it, and generate clean summaries, action items, follow-up emails, task lists, and speaker-labelled transcripts that make conversations easier to follow. Apex is designed for real meetings where speed, clarity, and shareable notes matter. Use Apex Voice Notes to: - Record meetings and voice memos. - Import audio from Files, iCloud, Google Drive, or your phone. - Transcribe multilingual conversations and generate multilingual outputs. - Generate meeting summaries and action items. - Create a quick "Brief Me in 90 Seconds" version. - Format speaker-labelled transcripts so speakers are easier to follow. - Copy, share, or export outputs. - Save recordings locally on your device. Apex is especially useful for managers, reps, consultants, teams, and teachers - anyone who needs meeting notes without spending the afternoon rewriting them. Recordings are stored locally on your device unless you choose to transcribe, export, import, or share them. When you transcribe, your audio is uploaded to the Apex backend and processed with OpenAI transcription services.
