The AI notetaker for real-life meetings, in 150+ languages. Client visits, interviews, lectures, site walks, the coffee that turns into a decision. In the room, your phone is the notetaker: tap record and stay in the conversation, no bot needed. On Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, connect your calendar and HappyScribe joins the call and takes the notes for you. One app, one place for every meeting. Trusted by more than 1 million people since 2018, rated 4.7 on Trustpilot. WHAT YOU GET AFTER EVERY RECORDING • A full transcript, with each speaker identified • An AI summary you can read in 30 seconds • Action items and decisions pulled out for you • Everything searchable, so no detail gets lost BUILT FOR THE MOMENTS THAT MATTER • One-tap recording: open the app, tap, talk. Your audio uploads and transcribes automatically. • Calendar sync: connect Google or Outlook and the notetaker joins your online meetings on its own. Notes are waiting when the call ends. • Works without signal: record offline, and it syncs the moment you are back online. • 150+ languages, more than any other notetaker: English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Arabic and many more. Mixed-language meetings welcome. • Phone to laptop: start on your phone, edit and share from happyscribe.com.
