Bedhead is a sleep tracker that helps you get to bed on time. Every morning: how long you slept, what the night was made of, and how that compares to your own 14-night average. Every night: the time to turn in, worked out from your wake time and how much sleep you want. And the thing a sleep score never tells you — how steady your bedtime actually is. ±24 minutes, in plain minutes, so you can watch it tighten. FREE • Last night: how long you slept, your stages, and how that compares to your own average. • Any night in detail: bedtime and wake against what you were aiming for, and a timeline of your stages. • How steady your bedtime is, how often you're on time, which way it's drifting. • Tonight's bed-by, from your wake time and target. Ask Siri for it, too. • One wind-down reminder, 30 minutes before. Off by default. PREMIUM • Overnight vitals: heart rate, HRV, breathing and wrist temperature, against your usual range. • A bedtime plan that walks you to your target a few minutes a night, re-anchoring to your real bedtimes every week. When you arrive, it shows you what changed. • Your consistency compared to your prior weeks and your year. • Weekend jet lag, month by month, sleep debt. • What moves your sleep: naps, workouts, active days and on-time nights, measured over a year of your own nights. Only differences clear enough to trust are shown. • A weekly summary, written by Apple Intelligence on supported devices. • Home Screen and lock-screen widgets. • CSV export. No score. No grade. No smart alarm. No streaks. No goals to fail. Your data stays in your own iCloud — no account, no server. Bedhead reads sleep you've already recorded with Apple Health, on an Apple Watch or compatible tracker.
