Big plans. Busy brain. One tiny next step. TinyWins helps you plan your day, protect your focus, and turn social scrolling into a reason to move. Designed with ADHD and changing energy in mind, it brings manageable plans, movement breaks, and gentle restarts into one place. EARN YOUR SOCIAL BREAK During Focus Lock, earn early access to your selected social apps with pushups or squats. Choose your exercise, rep goal, and break length—for example, 10 squats for 5 minutes of social time. Camera-based rep counting tracks your challenge, with manual controls available when needed. Complete your reps, enjoy your break, and let Focus Lock return when your earned time ends. BEEN SCROLLING? WALK TO UNLOCK With optional Movement Lock, reaching your social-usage limit while you haven’t moved enough can trigger a walking break. Your selected social apps stay blocked until you reach the step goal you set. A dedicated walking screen shows your live step count, progress ring, and steps remaining. Reach your goal and your social apps unlock. Choose your walking target, active hours, minimum spacing between breaks, and daily break limit. MAKE TOMORROW EASIER Choose tasks, set start and end times, and prepare tomorrow before the day begins. An optional evening reminder brings you back to planning, so your morning starts with less deciding. KNOW WHAT TO DO NEXT Capture goals and tasks, define realistic time windows, and build a schedule around your priorities. Your Plan screen puts the next action up front. Work through your day one block at a time. Mark tasks done, record what got in the way, or defer them when life changes. PLAN FOR YOUR ENERGY Check in with how you’re feeling and adjust your plan. Smaller versions of tasks help you keep moving on lower-energy days. When everything feels overwhelming, Rescue Mode gives you one tiny 2-minute step to begin again. PROTECT YOUR FOCUS Start a Pomodoro session from a planned block. Use Focus Lock to block selected distracting apps and websites while you work, with optional exercise challenges to earn an early social break. BUILD A ROADMAP Turn a longer-term goal into milestones, weekly outcomes, and scheduled sessions. Use the built-in roadmap builder or optional AI assistance to move forward one week at a time. SEE YOUR WINS ADD UP Review completed tasks, focus minutes, streaks, and daily and weekly charts. Reflect on what worked and what got in the way. MAKE IT FIT YOU Choose gentle reminders and quiet hours. Simplify screens with reduced cognitive load mode or enable larger tap targets. Private Mode keeps planning on your device and turns off AI assistance and reminders. Export and restore backups from Settings. APPLE HEALTH & MOTION ACCESS With your permission, TinyWins reads step counts from Apple Health to check recent movement and progress toward your walking goal. Motion & Fitness access provides live steps and helps avoid movement prompts during detected driving or cycling. Step and motion data are processed on your device and are not sent to the AI roadmap service. TinyWins does not add or change Apple Health data. Walking features are optional; manage or revoke access in iOS Settings. Focus Lock requires Screen Time permission. Camera access supports exercise rep counting. START SMALL. MAKE ROOM TO GROW. The free plan includes up to 3 active goals and 3 open tasks. TinyWins Pro unlocks unlimited active goals and open tasks, plus AI-assisted roadmaps. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are available. Plan one block. Protect your focus. Move before your next scroll. Start with your next tiny win. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple account settings. Privacy Policy: https://www.fitmacro.ca/tinywinprivacy.html Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
