Nuet vs kōan

Nuet is the parent assistant that turns school emails into one calm family calendar. Term dates, kit days, fixtures and permission slips land in one place, without copying anything across. Gold winner: Best Parenting App, MadeForMums Tech Awards 2026. Family life arrives through emails, school apps, WhatsApp groups, screenshots and messages. Nuet brings it together, so less of it has to live in your head. No copying between calendars. No forwarding messages. No remembering what expires when. CONNECTED SOURCES Connect once. Events find their way to you. • Email - Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo Mail, and AOL (plus Cox). Events picked up from school newsletters, club updates and appointment confirmations. • WhatsApp - Link WhatsApp and choose which group chats Nuet follows. Events are picked up from messages, invisible to other members. • Calendars - Google, Outlook, Apple, Yahoo. Everything in one view. Nuet runs quietly in the background. Less searching, less chasing, less remembering. YOUR CALENDAR, SORTED The core of Nuet is your family schedule, quietly assembled for you. No more copying details from school emails or scrolling through chat groups to find match times. If an event is in your inbox or messages, it is on your Nuet calendar. YOUR FAMILY'S WORLD, POPULATED FOR YOU Nuet also keeps track of what you're responsible for, noticed from your inbox. No forms to fill in. • Assets & Family - passports, homes, and cars, with upcoming renewals and expiry dates • Subscriptions - streaming, digital services, and utilities, with monthly costs • Documents - paperwork kept together, safe and easy to find Country-aware from day one. Suggestions match where you live and what you own. PLAN AHEAD Nuet doesn't just tell you what's happening. It helps you prepare. When an event needs something from you - a packed lunch, a costume, a permission slip - Nuet shows it on the event and in a short list of what to prepare, so you see what needs doing before the day arrives. BIRTHDAYS AND PARTIES Create a party invitation, share it with other parents, and see replies, headcount and dietary notes in one list. When a child's birthday is a few weeks away, Nuet offers to help plan it. YOUR FAMILY, CLEARLY ORGANISED Keep every child and family member organised in your view. Events are tagged to each child, so it is clear who needs to be where, at what time, and what they need to bring. On the Family plan, your partner has their own full account. Each of you connects your own inbox, so a school email is picked up whichever of you it was sent to, and you choose which events to share. DAILY SUMMARY AND REMINDERS Each morning, a quiet overview of the day ahead - events, preparation tasks, and anything that needs your attention. The football kit. The permission slip. The insurance renewal. The passport about to expire. The things that usually live in your head. CAPTURE ANYTHING Not everything arrives in a neat calendar invite. Add events, documents and details from: • Photos and screenshots • Messages (iMessage, WhatsApp, SMS) • PDFs - upload passports, insurance policies or contracts and Nuet picks out the details • Voice • Manual entry Send it to Nuet. It knows what to do with it. PRIVACY AND SECURITY Your information stays private and secure. You stay in control of your data and connected accounts at all times.
