Community is an app designed for discovering, planning, and visiting photo exhibitions — built around both a visual and social experience. It combines a convenient, customized search, personal recommendations, an interactive map of current exhibitions, and social features. You can explore new exhibitions and galleries, share your impressions, support the promotion of exhibitions, attend events with friends, collect points, build your own archive, and much more. Every tool is thoughtfully crafted to save you time and make your exhibition visits as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Community helps you stay closer to art — and to the people inspired by it.

A photograph without captions or explanation quietly remains on the everyday screen. This app places an "Interval" before seeing turns immediately into understanding or judgment. It is designed to create the conditions for the gaze to pause. The app includes Sessions for handling the currently displayed photograph, a Library for saving and managing sets of photographs, and Traces for recording past displays. All photographs shown in the app are works by Ryota Sakurai. The photographs are delivered from a server and updated periodically. No personal data is collected or tracked. This app was created as one form of "Between Here and There", a project by Ryota Sakurai.
