Workout

Beat last time by one rep. That is the whole app. One rule Reach the target on every set and the weight goes up a step next time. Until then the weight stays where it is and the reps climb by one. That is progressive overload, and it is the only thing this app is about. No keyboard Reps are chosen from a row of numbers. Weight moves with a stepper. The only thing you ever type is the name of an exercise. You can log a set one-handed, with chalk still on your hands. Months on one screen A chart of the weight you have lifted, from a single week to your whole history. Drag across it and the day, the weight and the reps come up under your finger. Built around your week Give each exercise the days you train it, and Today shows only what is due. What is not in it No rest timer. No feed. No AI. No body weight. No calendar.
