Erven

Features

Erven gives you a clear view of your finances: accounts, cards, debts, budgets, and goals—all in a record you manage yourself, without connecting to your bank or sharing passwords with anyone. ACCOUNTS, CARDS, AND CREDIT LIMITS Track your cash accounts, bank accounts, and credit cards. See at a glance your total available balance, the balance in each account, and the remaining credit limit on each card. OBLIGATIONS AND FIXED PAYMENTS Rent, utilities, subscriptions, loan installments: log your fixed payments, and Erven notifies you when they are due, how much you’ve paid, and the remaining balance. If you miss a due date, it keeps reminding you until the payment is up to date. DEBTS AND PERSONAL LOANS Keep track of what you are owed and what you owe to family or friends, including simple or compound interest if applicable. Erven doesn't lend or collect money; it’s simply your clear financial ledger, turned into an app. REPORTS AND PROJECTIONS View expenses by category, compare months, and see a projection of how the month will end based on your income and fixed commitments. GOALS AND BUDGETS Set savings targets and track your progress. Establish spending limits by category and receive alerts as you approach them. SHARED EXPENSES Split expenses with family, a partner, or housemates within a group; everyone sees their share clearly, avoiding confusion. AI RECEIPT SCANNING (OPTIONAL) Snap a photo of a receipt, and the AI extracts the merchant, amount, and date for you. It’s optional—you can always enter everything manually. YOUR DATA, UNDER YOUR CONTROL Erven does not connect to your bank, nor does it move or hold your actual money; everything you see is based on the records you enter yourself. Your data is transmitted in encrypted form, your password is never stored in plain text, and you can delete your account and data at any time directly from the app. SUBSCRIPTIONS Erven offers two auto-renewing monthly subscriptions: - Explorer: US$4.99/month - Queen: US$9.99/month Payment is charged to your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can cancel it at any time via your App Store account settings. The final price may vary by region, as shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.
