OSCEPro is a comprehensive PLAB 2 preparation app designed to equip international medical graduates with essential skills for success in the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). OSCEPro App features an extensive library of Sample Consultation Scenarios, meticulously crafted to mirror the diversity and complexity of the actual PLAB 2 exam. Each scenario may include detailed candidate instructions, realistic patient role-player scripts, and examiner checklists for thorough self-assessment. Beyond practice, OSCEPro offers robust Teaching Modules, providing structured guidance on crucial aspects like history-taking, physical examinations, effective communication, and ethical considerations. Users can access concise notes, video demonstrations of best practices, and expert tips to refine their clinical and interpersonal skills. To truly appreciate its content as it should be presented in the actual exam, OSCEPro incorporates powerful Simulations. This includes timed mock station presentations with authentic application of theoretical concepts, allowing users to practice with an image of an ideal consultation under exam conditions. Advanced features may include an independent, external AI-powered virtual patients app that provides interactive responses and immediate feedback on communication and clinical reasoning, although this should not entirely replace human-to-human practice for best application of communication skills. The Community section of the OSCEPro App provides an atmosphere for this kind of connection with other users preparing for the same exam. OSCEPro provides periodic live interactive sessions with seasoned PLAB 2 tutors in a mock exam, strategic case presentations and Q&A sessions. OSCEPro empowers users to track their progress, identify areas for improvement, and build confidence for the PLAB 2 exam.

Rounds today. ERAS tomorrow. You will write your residency application out of things you have already seen. Addendum is where you put them down while they are fresh: a deidentified line about the case, the feedback, the procedure, the moment you would otherwise lose by Friday. A year later those notes are the raw material for your MyERAS experiences, your personal statement and your interview answers, and you retype none of it. Private, encrypted on your device, offline by default. No account, no analytics. ON THE WARDS • Capture first. The app opens to a box. Type it, or dictate it. Speech is transcribed on your phone and the audio never leaves it. • Deidentified by construction. Addendum never asks for a patient's name, date of birth, record number, location or photo. Ages are broad bands, and no date of service is asked for. A check runs as you write, and again before anything leaves the app. • Mark what mattered. One tap flags an entry standout, so at year's end you review a shortlist. • Tips, Tricks, & Tests. Bank what you get asked on rounds, and what you wish someone had told you about the rotation. Spaced review brings it back before the shelf. • Gap Check. Which interview themes still have no entry behind them. WHEN YOU APPLY • ERAS composer. The MyERAS structured fields, with live character budgets, a blocking deidentification scan, and prose ready to paste. • Programs and evidence. Keep your own program list and link entries to it. Open a program and see what substantiates it. • Letters. Track each writer from "to ask" to "uploaded", and export a packet for each writer with the patient details stripped. • Signals. A budget, not a list, because a signal spent on one program cannot be spent on another. It records why you spent each one. • Rank worksheet. Weighted fit beside your gut read, with the divergence surfaced for a written reason. • Interview season. Your real moments mapped onto the classic "tell me about a time" prompts as STAR stories, plus invitations, debriefs and thank you notes. • If your specialty uses ResidencyCAS, the SF Match or the urology match, the app says so. WHAT IT WILL NOT DO • Write for you. There is no model in the app and no generated prose. The words are yours. • Invent a cycle fact. Character limits, signal counts and deadlines ship empty. You verify each against the source named on screen, and unverified means the app says so. • Tell you your odds. Fit, never probability. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Offline. The journal makes no network requests. Its Content Security Policy blocks them, and a Settings screen shows you that policy and the check passing on your own copy. • AES encryption in GCM mode, with a key derived from your passphrase (PBKDF2, 600,000 iterations). Optional Face ID or Touch ID unlock via the Secure Enclave. • Kept out of device and iCloud backups: a restored phone will not restore your journal. Export an encrypted backup, or turn on sync, before you switch. • Optional iCloud sync, off by default, carries only the encrypted vault. Apple cannot read it. The one purchase goes through the App Store, which sees nothing you wrote. • Save the recovery key shown at setup. It is how you get back in if you forget your passphrase. • Optional reminders on this device, off by default. Notifications carry no journal content. Your journal is free forever: writing, searching, printing, exporting, backing it up, Tips, Tricks, & Tests and Gap Check. No subscription, no tiers. When application season arrives, the Apply tab (ERAS composer, Letters, Interview, Season) unlocks with one purchase. Already using it? It stays yours, free. Addendum is a personal reflective journal. It is not an electronic health record, not clinical decision support, and not a substitute for any patient encounter log your school requires. You are responsible for keeping every entry deidentified and for following your institution's policies.
