NewTwos vs Improve

Write things down at the speed of thought. 21 million things written. Free to use, forever. Twos is the fastest, all-in-one place to get any *thing* out of your head - notes, to-dos, reminders, lists, ideas, events - and find it the moment you need it. No folders to build. No setup. Just open it and write. ONE PLACE FOR EVERYTHING: Thoughts, tasks, reminders, ideas, grocery lists, meeting notes, that 3 am thought you'll forget by morning. It all lives in one place, so nothing slips through. Most people who switch tell us Twos replaced four or five apps at once. YOUR DAY, SORTED BY ITSELF: Write something today and Twos puts it where it on your daily list. Anything you don't finish rolls over to tomorrow on its own, so nothing gets lost between days. Your Today view always shows what matters right now - nothing to maintain. FIND ANYTHING, EVEN MONTHS LATER: Everything you write becomes searchable the instant you write it. Ask Twos Chat a question, and it answers from your own things - "what was that book someone recommended?" - in seconds. The more you write down, the more Twos can do for you. USE TWOS ANYWHERE: Twos syncs across your phone, tablet, and browser instantly. It is available on your browser at WriteThingsDown.com, as a Chrome extension, a WhatsApp integration, an email integration, a text integration, and more. HOW IT COMPARES: Unlike Notion, Twos is truly built for mobile. Unlike Obsidian, there's nothing to set up. Unlike Apple Notes, the things you write become organizable pieces you can act on. Twos has the structure of a bullet journal without the blank-page overhead. WHAT PEOPLE USE TWOS FOR: · Daily to-do lists and planning · Grocery and shopping lists · Meeting notes and follow-ups · Travel and packing lists · Journaling and daily reflections · Goals and habit tracking · Brainstorming and idea capture · Coordinating with family and friends "I'm spinning a lot of plates - a full-time job, a team of 10, a home to run. It's all in Twos." — Nicola As featured in TechCrunch and The Verge. Twos is free. Everything you need costs nothing, with optional upgrades when you want them. A habit tracker and planner in one, with a habit pal to earn every day. Build your daily habits, work through your to-dos, and end each day with a bronze, silver or gold habit pal based on what you got done. Go solo or build streaks with friends. Your progress only ever moves forward. HABITS + PLANS, FINALLY TOGETHER Set recurring habits, keep a prioritized to-do list, and see everything for today in one view. Habits and to-dos both earn trophies, so every bit of progress counts. A HABIT PAL EVERY DAY Hit your goals to earn trophies, and watch your pal grow. At the end of the day, it joins your shelf as bronze, silver or gold, based on how much you did, not whether you did everything. There's a different pal each day, and no pal is ever taken away. SEE THE BIG PICTURE Look back at your week, your month or your whole year at a glance. Spot your streaks, trends and what's actually working. SEE HOW YOU COMPARE Find out how your sleep, steps, water, reading and more stack up against real population data. DO IT WITH FRIENDS Add friends with a code, see their habit pals and build shared streaks. When you both earn a pal on the same day, your streak grows. It's accountability without the pressure. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Steps and other health habits fill in automatically, so you don't have to log them. Download Improve and start building better days.
