NewTwos vs TinyProof

Write things down at the speed of thought. 21 million things written. Free to use, forever. Twos is the fastest, all-in-one place to get any *thing* out of your head - notes, to-dos, reminders, lists, ideas, events - and find it the moment you need it. No folders to build. No setup. Just open it and write. ONE PLACE FOR EVERYTHING: Thoughts, tasks, reminders, ideas, grocery lists, meeting notes, that 3 am thought you'll forget by morning. It all lives in one place, so nothing slips through. Most people who switch tell us Twos replaced four or five apps at once. YOUR DAY, SORTED BY ITSELF: Write something today and Twos puts it where it on your daily list. Anything you don't finish rolls over to tomorrow on its own, so nothing gets lost between days. Your Today view always shows what matters right now - nothing to maintain. FIND ANYTHING, EVEN MONTHS LATER: Everything you write becomes searchable the instant you write it. Ask Twos Chat a question, and it answers from your own things - "what was that book someone recommended?" - in seconds. The more you write down, the more Twos can do for you. USE TWOS ANYWHERE: Twos syncs across your phone, tablet, and browser instantly. It is available on your browser at WriteThingsDown.com, as a Chrome extension, a WhatsApp integration, an email integration, a text integration, and more. HOW IT COMPARES: Unlike Notion, Twos is truly built for mobile. Unlike Obsidian, there's nothing to set up. Unlike Apple Notes, the things you write become organizable pieces you can act on. Twos has the structure of a bullet journal without the blank-page overhead. WHAT PEOPLE USE TWOS FOR: · Daily to-do lists and planning · Grocery and shopping lists · Meeting notes and follow-ups · Travel and packing lists · Journaling and daily reflections · Goals and habit tracking · Brainstorming and idea capture · Coordinating with family and friends "I'm spinning a lot of plates - a full-time job, a team of 10, a home to run. It's all in Twos." — Nicola As featured in TechCrunch and The Verge. Twos is free. Everything you need costs nothing, with optional upgrades when you want them. Build tiny habits that stick — and become who you want to be. TinyProof is built on the core insight from Atomic Habits: every time you do your habit, you cast a vote for your new identity. One tiny proof today is enough. IDENTITY-FIRST HABIT BUILDING Don't just track habits — prove who you are. TinyProof connects every check-in to an identity statement: "I am a reader." "I am someone who moves their body." Each completion is evidence. YOUR DAILY TINY PROOF Set up your habit in one sentence: "I will [read 1 page], after I [brush my teeth], so I can become [a reader]." Simple, obvious, easy to start. NEVER MISS TWICE Missed a day? TinyProof celebrates your return instead of punishing the gap. The "never miss twice" mechanic encourages you to show up — even on hard days. PROGRESS THAT MEANS SOMETHING See your identity score: "You've proven you're a reader 18 out of 30 days." Watch your streak grow. Understand your patterns with a monthly calendar heatmap. DAILY INSPIRATION A rotating daily quote — rooted in Atomic Habits philosophy — delivered each morning as a gentle reminder. Curated, categorized, and personal. HOME SCREEN WIDGETS Check your habit progress without opening the app. Small and medium home screen widgets, plus a lock screen gauge, keep your goals visible all day. SMART REMINDERS Set multiple daily reminders per habit. Get a daily quote notification each morning. All managed from inside the app. WHAT MAKES TINYPROOF DIFFERENT • Identity-first: every habit is tied to who you're becoming • Tiny by design: habits are built to be small enough to always start • Honest about skips: the skip reflection helps you learn, not feel guilty • No streak shame: missing once doesn't break everything Free to start. Pro unlocks unlimited habits and full progress history.
