Pomodak is a focus timer you share with Poddaki, a tiny bird. Poddaki flies beside you while you focus, and every focus day earns a stamp on your calendar. β’ DECORATE YOUR NEST Pick a bird to fly with, white Poddaki or dark Podark, then choose a timer background and focus and break motions. Your timer changes right away. β’ COLLECT FEATHERS Earn feathers when you focus for 25 minutes or finish your first focus of the day, and more when you focus several days in a row. See them all in your feather history. β’ THREE TIMERS Pomodoro for work and break cycles, a stopwatch for open-ended sessions, or a simple countdown. Swipe to pick a duration or type it in. β’ AUTO REPEAT + WHITE NOISE Breaks follow focus and focus follows breaks, no taps needed. Choose rain, waves and more, and set white noise and the completion sound volumes separately. β’ STAMP CALENDAR A Poddaki stamp for every day you focus. See today's and this month's totals, detailed logs, and your longest streak this month. Days in a row link up on the calendar. β’ TODAY AND MONTHLY CARDS Turn today's focus or your whole month into a card to share, with your D-day if you like. β’ HOME SCREEN WIDGET See today's focus time and your D-day without opening the app. β’ DAILY REMINDER Poddaki nudges you at the time you choose. β’ STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE No accounts, no ads, no servers. Your sessions stay on your device, and you can export them as CSV or JSON anytime. Built by one person who wanted a focus timer that respects your attention.

Phone Break helps you create space from the apps you use more than you intend. Choose the apps, categories, or websites you want to pause. YOUR LIMITS, YOUR WAY β’ Take a timed break for 15, 30, or 60 minutes. β’ Set a combined daily limit from 15 to 480 minutes. β’ Set daily limits for individual apps from 5 to 480 minutes. β’ Block selected items on specific days and hours, including overnight schedules. β’ Pause for 5, 8, or 10 seconds on each app open (requires an app-opening automation in Shortcuts). β’ Choose whether to continue or close after each additional 30 minutes of use counted after enabling usage breaks. β’ In Strict Mode, active timed breaks, scheduled blocking, and reached daily limits cannot be changed or disabled inside the app until they end. β’ Standard Mode offers one five-minute grace period per day for the combined daily cap, with automatic relock. β’ See Screen Time suggestions and compare the last seven completed days with the seven before them. Rules work together. Continuing from a pause never removes daily caps or scheduled blocking. For Pause on each open, create a Shortcuts App automation, select Is Opened and Run Immediately, then add Phone Breakβs Pause When App Opens action. A step-by-step guide is included in the app. Elapsed clock time alone no longer brings back the opening pause. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Individual app names and usage details are displayed inside Apple's protected Device Activity Report. Selection tokens, restriction settings, and break state stay on your device. There are no accounts, ads, analytics SDKs, external servers, or cloud sync. Screen Time authorization is required. You can revoke access in iPhone Settings or delete the app. Phone Break is a digital wellbeing tool, not a medical product, diagnosis, or treatment.
