c.Notes vs Vault Notes by Hansson

c.Notes is a CalDAV client that lets you synchronise your notes across all devices, regardless of platform, using the iCalendar VJournal format on CalDAV servers as backend. Keep your notes on the same servers and in the same format as your calendar events, todo items and contacts.

Vault Notes is a private, text-first notes app built for iPhone and iPad. Write notes and todos, organize notebooks, use reminders, and keep your text in sync across devices connected to the same WebDAV. Attachments like photos, audio, video, PDFs, and other files stay local on the device where they were added, which keeps sync fast, lightweight, and dependable. Vault Notes is designed for people who want a focused notes library that stays efficient instead of turning into a heavy file vault. Highlights - Notes, todos, checklists, and subtasks - Notebooks and nested notebook organization - Text-first WebDAV sync across your devices - Local attachments with file, image, PDF, audio, and video support - Native share extension - Reminder scheduling - App Lock with biometric protection on supported devices - Multiple profiles and sync settings
