About

SSPR

#AdminGloves #SSPR is a self-hosted Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution for organizations using Microsoft Active Directory (AD). It enables employees to securely reset forgotten passwords, unlock Active Directory accounts, and recover access without IT helpdesk intervention, reducing support tickets, operational costs, and downtime. AdminGloves integrates directly with on-premises Active Directory and performs real-time password updates while enforcing your organization's password policies, including password complexity, minimum length, password history, dictionary restrictions, and custom password rules. Employees can securely recover accounts through Android, iOS, Windows, and web interfaces. Native mobile apps allow password resets and account unlocks even when users cannot access their workstation or corporate VPN. A native Windows Credential Provider enables password reset and account unlock directly from the Windows logon screen and lock screen. Cached Windows credentials are automatically updated after password changes, allowing users to regain access without another computer. ## Features Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) Active Directory password reset Active Directory account unlock Native Windows logon & lock screen password reset Windows Credential Provider Android & iOS mobile apps Web-based password reset portal Self-hosted deployment On-premises Active Directory integration Real-time password synchronization Password policy enforcement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Zero Trust compatible REST API Webhooks PowerShell automation Microsoft Intune compatible Windows & Linux server deployment Enterprise audit logging Microsoft Sentinel integration Splunk integration SIEM integration Custom enterprise integrations ## Enterprise Identity Management Built for enterprise IT teams, AdminGloves provides secure password resets, account unlocks, and identity verification while keeping all infrastructure and directory data under organizational control. Employees can recover accounts independently, significantly reducing routine helpdesk requests. ## Automation & Integration A built-in REST API, Webhooks, and PowerShell automation integrate with ITSM platforms, HR systems, service desks, identity workflows, and enterprise automation tools. Post-reset scripts can automate token revocation, workstation cleanup, database updates, user provisioning, and security workflows. Compatible with Microsoft Intune and standard enterprise deployment solutions. ## Security Configurable Multi-Factor Authentication verifies user identity before every password reset. The platform supports Zero Trust architectures and works alongside Conditional Access policies and organizational security controls. As a fully self-hosted solution, Active Directory data, authentication requests, audit logs, and user information never leave your organization's infrastructure or pass through third-party cloud services, ensuring complete data sovereignty. ## Auditing & Compliance Every password reset, account unlock, authentication attempt, and administrative action is fully audited. Logs integrate with Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, and other SIEM platforms for centralized monitoring, compliance reporting, and security investigations. ## Deployment AdminGloves installs in under 15 minutes and supports Windows and Linux servers. It integrates directly with existing Active Directory environments without requiring domain architecture changes. ## Requirements Client applications connect securely to your organization's internal or securely accessible over HTTPS from the Internet. Supports hybrid AD, secure enterprise password recovery, identity verification, AD credential management, enterprise IAM, SSPR, MFA, API-first automation, and on-premises deployment.
