GymBot brings structure to your strength training and helps you stay in rhythm – all without an iPhone. So simple, so effective – yet more than just a basic timer. GymBot records your workouts in Apple Health and supports you in training professionally and achieving your goals. How it works: * GymBot runs completely independently on your Apple Watch. * The first time you launch it, GymBot will ask for access to Apple Health so your workouts can be saved there later. * In the settings, you can set the number of sets and the duration of the rest periods. * You can also set the duration of the sets. This is perfect for interval training, such as HIIT or Tabata. * Once the workout starts, you’ll see the workout duration, the current set, and your heart rate. * If you haven’t set a duration for the sets, you’ll start each rest period manually by tapping the watch. You end your workout by tapping the watch again after the last set. If you’ve set a duration for the sets, GymBot handles everything automatically for you. * GymBot alerts you with a vibration when it’s time to take a break or start the next set. * Your workout is recorded in Apple Health, so you can see when and how long you worked out at any time. You stay in the flow and avoid unnecessary breaks. You do the work - GymBot makes sure it counts.
