Built around the reverse training method published in BMJ Open Ophthalmology by Malavazzi, Lake & Soriano (2019, DOI: 10.1136/bmjophth-2018-000190), the app mirrors the progressive steps of phacoemulsification, helping residents learn safely and improve with confidence. Residents log each surgery by step, rate their own performance, and export data for structured review or academic presentation.
