GLEAMO builds a strength-training plan around the gear you actually own and the injuries you train around. Answer a few questions about your goals, equipment, and experience, and you get a week of workouts with sets, reps, and suggested weights. Every exercise comes with a demo clip. UPLOAD YOUR OWN WORKOUTS Upload the video from your camera roll. GLEAMO identifies each exercise, gives it a demo clip, and drops the workout into your week with sets, reps, and weights to log. The workouts you save become the workouts you do. BUILT AROUND YOUR EQUIPMENT Two dumbbells and a bench. A full commercial gym. Bands in a hotel room. Tell GLEAMO what you have, or photograph it, and your plan only uses exercises you can actually do. BUILT AROUND YOUR INJURIES Knee pain, a shoulder that complains, a back you protect. GLEAMO asks up front and chooses variants that work around it. Swap any exercise in seconds if something doesn't feel right. A DEMO CLIP FOR EVERY MOVE Never look up an exercise name mid-workout. Each movement has a clip, including the ones you import. TRAIN WITH FRIENDS, NOT A FEED Add friends with a six-character code and see each other's weekly progress. Everyone keeps their own plan. TRACK AND PROGRESS Log your sets as you go. Weights carry over week to week, and the plan adjusts based on how it went. FOR MEN AND WOMEN, HOME OR GYM Beginner to experienced. Plans scale to your level and progress over time. GLEAMO PRO Everything in GLEAMO is included in one subscription: $6 a month or $35 a year, after a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
