Track workouts. Splits with a slap. Pace you can feel. PaceBuzz is an Apple Watch stopwatch and pacing app built for serious runners, from fast track intervals to road workouts and race pacing. Plan your session on iPhone, run with your Watch, and review every rep afterward. - Take splits your way. A firm slap on your wrist or Watch records a split using watch motion. Keep your attention on the workout when sweat or rain makes touchscreen taps awkward. Choose Slap Split, Digital Crown turns, simultaneous button presses, or any combination. - Feel your target pace. On the track, timed PaceBuzzes help you meet the splits you set. On the road, GPS pace alerts tell you when you drift faster or slower than your target. Customize the vibration pattern, intensity, and timing to suit your training. - Build your workout on iPhone. Set up work intervals, repetitions, recovery, and pace targets, then load the plan onto your Watch. See the current rep and what comes next as you run. Organize saved workouts and browse your archive by month and year. - Pace a Race. Set the runners' goal time, your opening pace, and a finish buffer. Follow a large diagonal race clock and timed PaceBuzzes for the track's 100m marks. Plans support 800m, 1500m, mile, 1600m, 3K, two mile, 5K, and 10K, including the extra starting distance for mile and two-mile races. Slap to start; additional slaps and Crown turns leave the race clock running. - Review the session. See your splits alongside heart rate, cadence, and GPS distance. Explore charts, share a chart, and log your own lactate readings and perceived effort for individual reps. - Connect to Strava. Choose automatic uploads or send a saved run when you're ready. Control whether your upload includes all splits or work splits, plus your logged lactate and effort readings. Strava connection is optional, and uploads are available without Premium. - Make the Watch yours. Choose from 20+ settings for split controls, pace vibrations, GPS, and the display. Change your main settings directly on the Watch when your iPhone stays behind. Free to start: use the training features with up to three current workouts and access to your three most recent runs. Premium is a one-time lifetime unlock for unlimited current workouts, full run history, and archived workout access and restoration. Run recording requires Apple Watch with watchOS 11.1 or later and the iPhone companion with iOS 18.1 or later. A Strava account is needed only for the optional Strava connection.
