It's 11pm. The job wrapped up at three, and you're still at the kitchen table — typing up today's invoice, working out who still hasn't paid, putting off the text you'll have to send. Quotora is for people who do all of it themselves — the quoting, the chasing, the bookkeeping and the actual work. It helps you make one change: finish the paperwork before you leave the job. FINISH THE PAPERWORK ON SITE • Write the estimate on site, with the details in front of you and the client there to answer questions. • When the client says yes, turn the estimate into the invoice. Every line item carries over. • Save common line items, and Quotora suggests them as you type. • Send the invoice before you leave, as a clean PDF, by email, text or any app in your share sheet, such as WhatsApp. • Basements, new builds and rural jobs often have no signal. After your first sign-in, Quotora works offline and syncs when you're back in range. KNOW WHERE THE MONEY STANDS • The Home screen shows what's outstanding and what's overdue. • Record deposits and partial payments as they come in. • When you're self-employed, an overdue invoice is your own pay arriving late, so you should see it at a glance. • Discounts and tax are calculated to the exact cent, so the total on the PDF is the total you intended. • When an invoice is overdue, tap Remind to resend it, PDF attached, instead of making an awkward call. • Reminders on your phone for due and overdue invoices and scheduled jobs. PUT IT IN WRITING • An itemized estimate puts the scope and the price in writing before the work starts. • A dated invoice, sent the day the job is finished, turns a conversation about money into a document your client can act on. • 8 templates with your business name and logo, so every document looks like it came from an established business. Pick one and a color in the preview. • Send a receipt once an invoice is paid. • Attach job photos to estimates and invoices. • Run Quotora in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French or German, and issue each document in your client's language, in any of 36 currencies. A TOOL THAT WON'T CHANGE THE DEAL Many invoice apps limit how many invoices you can send each month, or move features behind a subscription once you depend on them. Quotora doesn't. Invoices, estimates and clients are unlimited on the free plan, with no monthly cap and no credit card. That's a commitment, not an introductory offer. Quotora never handles your money. It doesn't process payments, so it never takes a percentage of what you're paid. QUOTORA PRO (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION) • Earnings reports by year and quarter • Tax set-aside estimates at a rate you choose (a planning estimate, not tax advice or a tax filing) • Export earnings to CSV and PDF for you or your accountant • Clickable payment links and QR codes that open your own payment page • Your bank's QR code on invoices and estimates • Review requests and next-service reminders, sent by you • Remove "Powered by Quotora" from your PDFs Pro is $7.99/month or $49.99/year in the US. Your local price, and any free trial your account qualifies for, are shown before you confirm. Invoices, estimates and clients are never locked behind Pro. OUR COMMITMENTS • Unlimited invoices and estimates on the free plan, permanently • We will never move a free feature behind the paywall • If you subscribe, your price stays locked while your subscription is active • Your data is yours: export your records or delete them at any time • You can delete your account and all its data from inside the app • Deleted documents can be recovered for 30 days WHO MAKES QUOTORA Quotora is built and supported by Evergreen Digital Software LLC, a one-person company.
