Delust vs Hexys

Delust is a science-based recovery app that helps you break a compulsive habit, regain control, and build routines that actually last. Unlike generic blockers or gimmicky trackers, Delust runs a neuroscience-based 33-day plan that targets the root of the habit — retraining your brain, not just resisting urges. With anti-urge tools, prayer, journaling, personal reports, and a streak tracker, Delust helps you break the cycle of compulsive use and reclaim mental clarity, motivation, and focus. Whether you want to cut screen dependence, boost productivity, or simply feel more in control of your life, Delust is built for it. WHY DELUST? URGE CONTROL Instant anti-urge tools designed to stop cravings the moment they hit. Unlike simple blockers, our AI-powered system offers both proven and personalized techniques for immediate relief. FAITH & PRAYER For those on a faith journey, Delust integrates guided prayers and Islamic and Christian-friendly practices, helping you replace destructive habits with spiritual strength while staying true to your values. STREAK TRACKER Stay motivated with a clean, distraction-free tracker that shows real progress. Delust goes beyond counting days — it highlights the bounce-back. A relapse is only a failure if you don't learn from it and come back. JOURNALING Daily reflections help you process triggers, track emotions, and rewire your thinking. Delust keeps journaling simple but profound, so you understand your patterns and break the cycle long term. PERSONAL REPORT Get personalized insights into your habits, triggers, and streak performance. Delust gives you a science-based report that shows real progress, not just days on a counter. HABIT RECOMMENDATIONS Our neuroscience-backed system suggests healthy new habits to take the old one's place — dopamine detox routines, fitness, mindfulness — so you build a lifestyle that keeps you free for good. Delust will reshape your relationship with dopamine, self-control, and the habits that shape your day. Join thousands who have transformed their lives with Delust.
