Dance Clock

When Dance Clock rings, you have to get up and move. Stand in front of the front camera and finish your mission: dance, do 15 push-ups or 20 squats. Only then does the alarm stop. HOW IT WORKS 1. Set an alarm and pick a wake-up mission, like 20 jumping jacks. 2. When it rings, stand your iPhone or iPad up and step into the frame. 3. The front camera follows your moves and counts reps and time for you. 4. Finish the mission and the alarm stops. 14 WAKE-UP MISSIONS • Dance (Pro; free users can do a practice run) • Strength: Push-ups, Squats, Sit-ups, Plank, Squat Hold • Cardio: Jumping Jacks, High Knees, Arm Raises • Stretch: Stretch, Yoga • Games: Jump Rope, Fruit Punch, Push-up Flyer Set your own reps and difficulty with Pro. NO SNEAKING BACK TO SLEEP • On iOS 26 and later, tapping Stop only pauses the alarm for about 20 seconds • Wake-up Check (optional): a while after your mission, confirm you're still up • Streak: finish on time every day to grow your streak; freezes cover days with no alarm • Wake-up History: see what time you got up each day this week SOUNDS • 22 original alarm sounds in 8 styles • Use your own music, the audio from a video, or record your own voice (Pro) AN ALARM YOU CAN COUNT ON • On iOS 26 and later, alarms use the system alarm, so they ring in Silent Mode, in a Focus and on the Lock Screen • Camera won't open or can't see you? Use the Backup (hold a button) to stop the alarm. Backups don't count toward your streak • Alarm didn't ring? Troubleshoot Alarms in Settings walks you through it step by step PRIVACY Motion recognition happens on your device. Camera video is never recorded, saved or uploaded. No account needed, and your alarms and wake-up history stay on your device. FREE VS PRO Free: 1 alarm on at a time; Squats, Jumping Jacks and Push-ups with the default reps and difficulty; all built-in sounds; the Wake-up Check by holding a button; 1 streak freeze a week; the last 7 days of history. Dance needs Pro; free users can try it as a practice run. Pro: Dance plus every move and game, unlimited alarms, custom reps and difficulty, your own sounds, moving to pass the Wake-up Check and choosing its delay, up to 3 streak freezes a week, and your full history. SUBSCRIPTION INFO • Pro comes as a yearly auto-renewing subscription (which may include a free trial), a weekly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown on the purchase screen. • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends. • Cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial ends and you won't be charged. • Manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. • When Pro ends, the app switches to the free version: your next alarm still rings with free settings, and your other alarms pause until you renew. • Pro doesn't support Family Sharing. GOOD TO KNOW • Missions need a little space. Move safely, and if you have health concerns, pick easier missions or check with a doctor first. • Before iOS 26, alarms are notifications and may be silent in Silent Mode or a Focus. • The app is available in English and Simplified Chinese.
