Cirrus is a puff counter and quit vaping app that doesn't make you go cold turkey. Tap once for every puff. Your daily limit drops a little each day until you reach your last puff. If you have a bad day, the plan adjusts and you keep going. It was built by someone who quit vaping, and it's made for the hard moments, like 2am when you really want one. COUNT EVERY PUFF One tap logs a puff, in the app, from the home screen widget or on your Apple Watch. Tapped by mistake? You have 5 seconds to undo it. - Puff count by day, week and month - Nicotine in mg, estimated from your device strength - Your puffs in cigarettes, roughly - Trigger hours, so you can see when you reach for it most - Edit any past day. Your history never gets wiped A QUIT VAPING PLAN THAT TAPERS Pick a taper or go cold turkey. If you taper, Cirrus sets a daily puff limit from your real baseline and the pace you choose: 14, 21, 30, 60 or 90 days. The end of the plan is your Freedom Day, the day of your last puff. Stay under your limit and the plan speeds up. Have two rough days in a row and it adds more time and moves your Freedom Day back. It never sends you to day one. STREAKS THAT SURVIVE A BAD DAY Every 7 days under your limit earns a repair token. Go over on one day and a token covers it, so your streak dims but doesn't die. EMBER, THE AI COACH Ember knows your day count, streak, trigger hours and what you said worried you at signup, so you don't have to explain yourself. Message it during a craving, after a slip or in the middle of the night. It's written to sound like a friend who already quit. PANIC BUTTON Most cravings last 15 to 20 minutes. Panic gives you a paced breathing exercise, the reason you wrote down on day one, and a game to keep your hands busy. It's free and it always opens. Every craving you get through is counted. SINCE YOUR LAST PUFF - Money saved, based on what you actually spend - Savings goals - A recovery timeline from your last puff: 20 minutes, 24 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, 1 month and beyond - Mood check ins All numbers come from your own data. We don't make up statistics. COMMUNITY An anonymous feed for wins, day ones, vents and SOS posts. Pick an alias and keep your name out of it. PRIVACY AND FACTS - The free tier doesn't run out. - We don't sell your data and there are no ad trackers in the app. - Facts have sources. For example, in a randomized trial of 2,588 young adults, a structured quit program led to 24% abstinence versus 19% going it alone. FREE Puff counter, widget, streaks and repair tokens, money saved, your daily limit, recovery milestones, community, 5 coach messages a day and the Panic Button. PREMIUM Up to 100 coach messages a day, a plan that re-adjusts every night, craving forecast, weekly insight report, more Panic Button games, more community posts, the full recovery timeline and 30 days of stats. 7 day free trial. Cirrus is a self help and habit tracking tool. It is not medical treatment and does not give medical advice. For medication or nicotine replacement guidance, talk to a doctor or pharmacist. 18+.
