Plan what you carry. Remember the days outdoors. HikerKit brings your gear library, trip packing lists and hiking memories together. Prepare for a day hike or a multi-day adventure, understand your pack weight, and keep a record of the equipment that came along. YOUR PERSONAL GEAR LIBRARY Record weight, category, brand, price, notes and photos. See how often your gear accompanies you, its cost per use and the value of each trip's packing list. Choose g, kg, oz or lb. A PACKING LIST FOR EVERY TRIP Select gear from your library, adjust quantities when needed and check items as you pack. Mark worn items and choose whether to include them in pack weight. Explore total and category weights with pie, bar, stacked and other charts. KEEP YOUR HIKING MEMORIES Mark a trip as completed and add its actual dates, an optional photo and a note. Revisit completed trips in the hiking calendar and photo timeline, with accumulated hiking days and distance and ascent from imported routes. Completed trips retain the gear information from that journey, even when you later edit or delete an item in your library. IMPORT GPX ROUTES Open GPX files from other apps or choose files on your device. Add multiple recordings to one trip and view the combined distance, ascent, descent and route without joining gaps between segments. Choose standard, satellite or contour map backgrounds for your memory card. Route statistics depend on the available GPX data; maps may require an internet connection. SHARE A PACK OR A MEMORY Create gear configuration cards, categorized packing lists and trip memory cards. Choose a chart, one long image or multiple pages, and save your settings without sharing immediately. Select which personal details to include before exporting an image. LOCAL DATA, OPTIONAL BACKUP Your gear and trip records are stored on your device. Choose optional iCloud backups and restore when needed, or keep using manual JSON/CSV import and export. Automatic iCloud backup is off by default and requires a suitable iCloud account and network connection. Free users can create up to 2 trips. Pro unlocks unlimited trips only. Gear management, charts, statistics, image sharing, backups, data import/export, themes and languages remain free. Available in English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, German, French, Spanish, Japanese and Korean, with light and dark themes.
