This app helps you organize cluttered tasksβlike shopping lists or work assignmentsβby category. A countdown to each due date is displayed, making it easy to manage expiration dates and deadlines. You can reorder both categories and tasks via drag and drop. [Categories] Simply set an icon and title to create a task category. You can also hide categories you donβt want shown on the main screen, such as those you use less frequently. Note: Category titles are optional. [Tasks] Task priority can be set in three color-coded levels: red, orange, and green. Completed tasks are automatically moved to the bottom of the incomplete list. [Due Dates] Set a due date to display a countdown showing the days remaining. Notifications can be set in five timing options: Today only, 1 day before, 3 days before, 7 days before, or 14 days before. [Recurring Tasks] Choose from daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly recurrence and set it with a simple tap on the day or date. Once a recurring task is checked off, it will automatically reset the next day. All data is stored only on your device and never shared externally. Choose from 8 different theme colors to customize your app experience.
DailyDo
Read full descriptionHide full description
DailyDo is a daily task list that resets every night at midnight. No project management. No backlogs. No overdue guilt. Just today's tasks β written, done, gone. -------------------------- DAILY RESET Every night your list clears itself. Completed tasks disappear. The slate is clean. It's the digital equivalent of tearing off a sheet from a notepad. LEFTOVERS Didn't finish something? DailyDo remembers. The next morning, yesterday's unfinished tasks slide up in a sheet so you can carry forward what still matters β or start fresh. NAMED LISTS Some things don't reset: grocery runs, packing lists, errands. Create named lists that persist until you're done with them. Access them instantly from the side drawer. REMINDERS Attach a time to any task. A notification fires at that exact moment with a Done action β mark it complete without even opening the app. STATISTICS Track your momentum with streaks, activity grids, weekly trends, day-of-week patterns, and peak productivity hours. 7-day, 30-day, and 90-day views. APPLE WATCH Your tasks on your wrist. Add tasks by voice. Mark them done with a tap. Synced instantly with the phone. 4 THEMES White. Sand. Charcoal. Black. Pick the one that disappears into your workflow. -------------------------- DailyDo is for people who write their day on a sticky note and throw it away at night. It's not a project manager. It's not a second brain. It's today.
